This was my third time staying at this property, i was there for 4 weeks in  July 2016, so i knew what to expect from of my previous occupancy. My stay was very enjoyable and everything inside and outside the property was as to be expected, shopping and other facilities are in easy reach but the use of a car is recommended. My only slight complaint about my time in Boscobel was the occasional water shut off which was normally only for a few hours but on a couple of occasions it was off for over 12 hours. All the neighbours are very friendly and ready to help with any information required or problems encountered, I recommend this property to anyone who wants a secure base in this part of Jamaica , I will no doubt be staying here again on my next visit to Jamaica.

Very nice house, well equipped and confortable. It is better than described on the web!! The garden is beautiful flowers, trees, birds, butterflies...
The owner , Wayne Bishopn the neighbours, the housekeeper,Claudette,  are charming.
We enjoyed the 3 weeks we stayed there. Good vibes!
I highly recommend the place.

My son and I chose Sea view villa for our first get-a-way to Jamaica haven. And a haven it is. We chose the villa off the web and found the description highly accurate. It was actually more beautiful than described. It is very clean, very comfortable and very roomy. We tremendously enjoyed our stay there. The property owner, Wayne Bishop was a hugh help. He gave us very helpful information including places to visit, see and eat at. We will be planning another trip to Jamaica in the future and Sea view villa will be our choice.

Absolutely beautiful property, situated in a very peaceful surrounding. With fantastic views of the mountains, hillsides and ocean with the added bonus of local residents near by who are extremley hospitable. 
Excellant value for money and a wonderful house keeper called Claudett who is near by to help you with all inquireies. A fantastic retreat!

Perfect place to stay for a family of four! Lots of space, clean and perfectly equipped. Eat a mango or a coconut from the garden and ask Henri (the gardener) to prepare you a breadfruit. Everybody in the compound is very helpfull and Claudette is a dear. Just "chill and relax".....

We had a very nice 7 day stay at the cottage. The house was comfortably equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the wireless connection! There were markets available and jerk stands within easy driving distance (our favorites were Buccaneers past Port Maria, Tower Isle Jerk, and the Ocho Rios Jerk Center). Plenty of beaches too (James Bond Beach and Calabash Beach are just down the street.
