This is a really nice place to stay for a quite familiy holiday , the villa itself was clean and very roomy the pool was great for cooling off and if like us you enjoy just being with familiy without other holiday makers then this villa is ideal , if you wish to go to town you will need a car or taxi both of which are easy to hire , that said if stopped with out all driving documents you will be fined so make sure you hire from a reputable company , the owners john and Jill could not of been more helpful with clear and open advise and help overall a lovely villa and a great holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa.  We found the size of the property nicely proportioned, advert very accurate, a well fitted-out kitchen (we cooked most nights) but best of all it was kept immaculately clean.  We found the location being so close to the Pala-U Road very handy as it was so convenient to get to all the visitor attractions in the area via hire car.

An excellent villa exactly as described . Very well furnished with a beautiful secluded garden and
Pool. Fantastic local restaurants especially Jaidee just outside the villa complex. Easy to get into Hua Hin. A great place for a quiet reading stay but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of a major city  . We would highly recommend it. Owners very helpful with information before we went .

We had a great time at this villa.

Everything was fantastic from the inside accommodation, the garden and pool areas was great.

The pool and garden were cleaned regularly and the cleaning guys were very discrete.

The villa is not far from the town, all distances and time scales given by the owners were correct.

We had a great time there and will definitely come back to this villa next time in Hua Hin

The furnitures on the terrasse are confortable

Very quiet, not to far to downtown 
Miss hot water in the kitchen because there isnt a dishwashmachine

Amazing property, great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of Thailand.

We only stayed for 5 nights but really enjoyed our stay the villa was clean and in excellent condition. The pool and gardens were well layed out and set up to be very private. There is a guard at the gate to the estate and the area is very secure. We looked for a while on the internet to try and find somewhere nice and this villa exceeded our expectations I would recomend this villa to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

We really enjoyed this villa. It was clean well equipped and of a high standard. If your looking for a quiet relaxing area to stay then this villa is perfect. We chose to hire a moped to get around as you are a few kilometres out of Hua Hin, but taxis are cheap and easy to get
There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a shop that is open until 10pm which sells everything you will need
Great value for money and I would definitely recommend. A good alternative to staying in a hotel

The villa was in excellent order and as described, the pool area gets plenty of sun and was well kept. The property was a little further than I thought out of town but taxis are cheap and be sure to use Peak (number left in property). takes about 10 mins into Hua Hin. Air con worked very well and the veranda made a nice spot to sit in the evenings with no problems from midges. Good value for money.

On arrival we were greeted by a caretaker and there was plenty literature in property to assist us settling in.

The property itself was in excellent condition and all rooms were well equipped.  The pool, garden and veranda areas were beautiful and were well used.  

The property is situated quite far from Hua-Hin but as long as you know this prior to arriving you can get a moped or car to run in and out of town - or as we did often call local taxi firm who will run you in for 200 bhat (one way).

One very useful thing was the mobile phone which is provided - we only had to top up with 50 bhat to be able to use it during our 2 week stay.

Overall, excellent, well maintained property in a quiet area.
