My friend and me stayed there for 16 beautiful days and I can only recommend the house to anyone.
 Jim and Marg are very friendly and help where they can. The house is exactly as shown on the photos.
I can think of only good things about this house.
I would recommend the house anytime to my friends.

Superior 3 bedroomed Villa

An excellent villa in an ideal scenic and peaceful location. The photos really dont do the place justice. Lots of space to relax in, a fantastic pool with jacuzzi on the swim up bar seats, bedrooms are superbly furnished and so comfortable. Jim and Marg are excellent hosts and their villa is a credit to them, a true home from home with 5* facilities. They keep their villa in excellent condition, and its spotlessly clean. They cant do enough for you, lots of expert local knowledge! They even arranged for local Thai chef to come to the house and give us some fantastic cooking lessons! And also arranged a BBQ !
We had a superb time, and are already planning to return next year.
Cant wait to be back in the pool with a beer!!!!

Luxurious Large Detached Private Villa

My party and I stayed thirteen nights in early September and found the Superior Villa just as described, clean, quiet and comfortable. The villa is the perfect little slice of serenity. It was represented very well by the photographs posted on the website and we were not at all disappointed. The value for money could not be topped in my opinion. Our hosts Jim and Marg were very helpful, friendly and cordial giving us a home away from home feeling. Also we would like to give a special thanks to Dang, Prim and Wallop our Thai hosts. Because of them we were able to experience a side of Thailand that most “Farangs” would never get to see. I’ve travelled all over the world and this holiday by far stands out as one of the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to experience the real Thailand. Thanks for everything.

We stayed in three seperate villas while visiting Thailand, and because of a small problem with the swimming pool at this site we stayed at Jim and Margs villa property reference no 66283. 
This villa was by far the most luxurious, comfortable and stylish property we have had the pleasure to stay in. Set in the most idilic and peaceful location, and near to all the amenities you require.
Jim and Margs knowledge of the local area and there recommendations on all its great beaches, restaurants (especally the Rimpa-Lapin on the cliff side over looking the bay) , and tourist attractions made our holiday simply the best we have ever had.
We will certanly recomend this villa to all our friends and family, and indeed intend to revisit this wonderful villa again in the near future.

Just got back what from what was supposed to be a 5 night stay in this villa, were were going to stay in pattaya the last 3 nights (originally BKK but cnx due to the trouble) but as the villa was such a lovely peaceful retreat from the hustle &amp; bustle of town yet no more than half an hour away we extended for the 3 nights. Whilst the inside of the villa has everything you could possibly need, the outside where we spent all of our time is absolutely stunning with a relaxing area for your tea in the morning or early evening drinks, plus a large dining area for outside breakfast &amp; BBQs. The pool area again is beautiful &amp; well equipped. The main reason for choosing this villa was the fishing lake and I lost my husband for several hours a day not being a sun lover. Marg &amp; Jim are on hand and pop by most mornings to ensure everything is ok and offer good advice of what to do in the area and provide numbers for reliable local transport that picks you up from the villa to take you to town or where ever you would like to go, plus nos for house visit massage &amp; local food delivery. Overall this was a fantastic break and I would highly recommend it for some serious rest &amp; relaxation !

We all fell in love with this place the second that we turned onto the long private driveway.  As soon as I stepped foot onto the property I felt like I would never want to leave.  Jim and Marg treated us like family from the moment that we got there to the moment we unfortunately had to leave at the end of our vacation.  They even cooked us up some delicious chicken wings and spare ribs for lunch one day.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxing time in Pattaya.  I cant wait to come back again.  Never before in a rental property have I felt so welcomed.  This place is deffinately a home away from home.  Thanks Jim and Marg for a time we will NEVER forget.

The Photographs do not do justice to this villa. The setting and gardens are excellent and the abundant outside space was well used during our stay. Transport is needed here and we can recommend Wallop and his Baht bus as good value with safe driving too. Jim and Marg reside in the converted garage adjacent to the house so are always available for help and advice or even a lift to the shops. The wi-fi was useful and the pool was great.

The property is enormous with huge bedrooms, it was ideal for our purposes of a family reunio n with all age groups, the kids loved the swimming pool whilst the adults loved the outdoor kitchen area.

The flow of the property is excellent with the guest rooms around the pool meaning that the house never feels crowded.

Whlist the house is sparcely furnished it does have everything required.

We found this property by pure luck – myself, wife and teenage daughter wanted a 2-bedroom villa with pool. As it was Thai New Year and we were late booking, it became difficult. Finally we took this 4-bedroom villa – and it was stunning ! Without a doubt the most luxurious holiday setting that we’ve ever experienced – large air-conditioned rooms, king-sized beds, spacious fitted kitchen, ….. then you walk outside, onto the huge verandah with views over the “garden” – which is more like a landscaped park – looking out over the two lakes a large seating area, a full-sized dining table, snooker table, outdoor TV, and even a large fridge !
The very large swimming pool was immaculately clean and well-maintained surrounded by palms and large flowerpots, with feature waterfall, and even an outdoor shower to rinse-off - it was a big chunk of cream on our holiday cake !
The late-night swim when the pool was beautifully lit the warm water and the fragrance of the flowers were irresistable.

The Owners, Jim and Marg, live close by an unassumingly charming and hospitable couple.
They have enjoyed some wonderful exotic holidays during their lives, and want their guests to have the same level of enjoyment.
If you want to be left alone, they will be ‘invisible’ – you’ll see Jim in the early morning when he waters the plants, then you’ll see them when they do the linen change (at a time of your choosing, not theirs), and they are always available for help and advice.
If, like us, you want to explore the local area, they will take you around to see places and meet local people.
During Thai New Year we were completely involved with the festivities – which included a lot of water on the outside and a lot of beer on the inside !
They took us to the nearby “Jet Ski” beach bar – deserted beach, simple bamboo furniture, the Thai owner was the world Jet-ski champion, who also cooks superb food – five people, six main courses, two soft drinks, and eleven beers for twenty-three pounds.
They took us to a little local bar – the owner was a shy, gentle, Thai, who had been for seven years the national Muy Thai boxing champion.
Through them we met people and saw places that are not in any guide book.

Bannock is a rural village about twenty minutes from Pattaya. We decided not to rent a car but used a local minibus taxi phone ‘Chart’, the driver, get into Pattaya for six pounds, do all the shopping etc, call Chart to pick-up, six pounds back.
Food was superb everywhere – ranging from the local coach-station (ten pounds for three people), to a beautiful restaurant with Thai dancers and the most impressive Irish coffee we’ve ever seen (thirty pounds for three people – our most expensive meal !).

Overall, our last-minute, mad rush Thai holiday became our best holiday ever…. and a large part of the credit goes to Jim and Marg. We have made long-term friends, and will definitely be going back.
How many Stars ? – as many as you can see from the pool during your midnight swim !!
