Our 2nd trip to the apartment and again, was perfect! The apartment is a home away from home with absolutely everything you will need, bonus this year...a toastie maker, which was brilliant!!  Weather was fantastic, we walked everywhere....shops and supermarkets within walking distance.  Can't wait to return next year 😀😀

Wonderful, our 4th time in old town this was the best appartment we have stayed in. Great location, no complaints at all, would definitely book again.  I was worried how big the living area was as both our grown boys decided to join us, but there was plenty of room and they loved it also. The staff in snack bar really friendly. Leslie from Cerro Novo very helpful and ready with a smile. Taxi transfer arranged by Cerro Nova was excellent. Cafe almost next to Cerro Novo was our local for a coffee, cake or light lunch again really friendly. And best Indian a five min walk - Jaipur "best curry ever" and they do take away. I would definitely return here. We went early July and the weather was great. Old town was buzzing every night. Thank you Kevin for letting us stay, you always got back to me when I asked questions, you have a lovely appartment. The Whites

We had a great holiday here once again. The apartment has everything you need and the office staff there are very friendly and helpful providing tea towels and even lending me an I-pad lead because I forgot mine. The location is perfect and ideally situated to explore the Algarve which we did. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Overall a perfect place for a getaway in the sun.

Just back from a wonderful week of sunshine, one day of drizzle but it didn't matter, was still warm! Location was at the top of a hill, we walked into town and got a taxi back, 5 to 6 euros which was great...walking into town was great, views of the beach and all the shops and various restaurants/bars...favourite was Central Planet, wonderful staff and lovely food....loads of stalls selling everything you could want! 

 The apartment was great, fans in the livingroom and aircon in the bedroom. I personally loved the bed, was great for my bad back lol. Apartment was literally a home away from home, everything you need; toys, books, tools, sewing kit etc everything you'd have at home!!  Was great having breakfast on the terrace and also watching the lovely sunsets....the pool was amazing, albeit a bit ccccold but it didn't stop us going for a swim everyday!! 

We loved it so much that we are rebooking for next year 😁😁

Ideal location property was very clean and well equipped exactly what we needed would definitely recommend

This was our second stay here. The house has been updated very well and the outside furniture replaced which was a real bonus.
The maid service however was very poor. We were there for ten days and they only came once to replace towels and empty the bins. We werent even left a new bag for the kitchen bin. No bed change the whole time or cleaning.
Facilities at house though were good and we had a lovely holiday.

The apartment was a lovely size and very open and airy. The facilities inside the apartment were excellent especially the toys and beach/pool toys for children.
We felt the outside furniture was well past its best - it was broken and very dirty.
The walk into town, whilst steep we found to be very pleasant. The same with the walk round to the marina.
The biggest problem we had was the noise. There was a nightclub in hearing range that went on until about 4.30 in the morning!! with loud music and equally loud voices. The cobbles around Windmill Hill made the traffic and drag along suitcases sound extremely loud, especially at 2 am!
Overall though, we had a great holiday. Thanks to Lesley for her help with arranging for everything to be prepared for our daughter and grand daughter to join us for our second week.

the complex is great for a relaxing break, and is close to the centre, the thing i liked moost is it is high up so had a good breeze which was great when around the pool.

found the booking site frustrating to use.  but we booked very late so thanks to the owner for getting me out of a hole and taking the late booking.  will def be back :)

Very Nice comfortable and well equipped duplex in a quiet area and on a very well run estate. Very good supermarket and restaurants within walking distance . Lots of bars and restaurants in Old Town area. Easy to walk to and cheap taxi back .

We have stayed at this apartment twice now, it is a lovely, spacious, comfy apartment. I

Kitchen is well equipped, you can easily cook a full meal if you wish. For eating out there are lots of lovely restaraunts in old town and some good bars, its just 10 minutes walk down the hill to the old town. The hill coming back up is steep but great excersise ! There are a few routes to &amp; from the old town, some a bit less direct but less steep.

We dont have kids but the apartment has lots of games, books &amp; bits &amp; bobs to keep kids entertained. Along with T.V &amp; DVD player.

The pool area is lovely with its hliltop setting &amp; has a great view down to the old town &amp; beach.

Correspondence with the both the owner &amp; the agency who look after the apartment is easy &amp; straightforward. they will answer any of your questions thoroughly &amp; promptly.

We hope to return here for a 3rd time in the next couple of years :)
