We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa.  Joy made check in and out very simple and we knew she was always on hand if needed.  The villa was clean and welcoming.  The extras such as the heated pool and hot tub plus table tennis etc sets this villa apart.  Whilst some might consider it a small point the provision of pool towels makes such a difference especially when you are travelling with hand luggage only.  Like many villas on the resort we have stayed in it is probably getting to the stage that some refurbishment is needed but still an excellent place to stay.

Comfortable living area and beds. Good WiFi and TV. The property is now in need of a bit of TLC especially the bathrooms however it was ok. The pool heating had not been turned on before we arrived but this was attended to very promptly. The electricity in the house did fuse couple of times but again it was sorted quickly. The kitchen utensils could have been better and the cleanliness of the cupboards was not really good - other equipment could have been better as well. Outside the pool toys were in a sorry state and broken chairs in the garden did not really add to the appeal of this property. In the scheme of things we still enjoyed our holiday but it could have been SO much better.

We stayed for 1 week from 19.08.18. 
I want to start by saying what a lovely lady Joy is. We had a 2 1/2 hr delay &amp; the communication backwards &amp; forth was excellent. Joy even offered to go food shopping for us.
The villa was spotless &amp; just as described. It had everything you needed just like home from home.
This is a great complex to be on. Many restaurants &amp; super market all within walking distance. A new Spar supermarket just opened onsite &amp; prices where good.
I would recommend a car if you want to see more than the complex. There are lots of places to go &amp; see. A swim in Mar Menor Lagoon is a must, the sea was as warm as bath water. 
I would definitely like to return in the future &amp; would recommend to friends &amp; family.

Fantastic holiday at Jacaranda One - enjoyed by everyone aged 10 to 80!  The pool and hot tub were in constant use.  Restaurants and bars at both the hotel and Boulevard were of a high standard with plenty of choice. Well stocked supermarket within15 minutes walk.  Our contact Joy was extremely helpful and pleasant - a joy to deal with (excuse the pun).  Cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

We had a great holiday in Villa Galena, the advert was entirely accurate, just a couple of things that need to be sorted out like the outdoor shower and jacuzzi, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our time there.  The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with enough space for us to use. The pool was in the sun all day which was great, and there was plenty of shade to sit in if required. 

The golf resort itself is very clean with lots of facilities to use if you wish, enough restaurants to keep you occupied and an on site grocery store if needed. 

Joy, who met us on site at check in was lovely and couldn't be any more helpful, if there were any issues we just had to call and she was there. I would recommend this Villa to anyone to use in the future.

Just returned from 10 days here. First time using Click Stay - no issues at all
The villa was just as advertised, really high quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen and plenty of outside furniture. Inidividual AC units in the living area and each bedroom. TV received the full complement of English channels and the WiFi was excellent, much to our teenage daughters relief! The pool area, upstairs roof terrace were just fab. This is one of the nicest rentals we have had.

The resort was lovely. We did all our food shopping in the Spar on resort which we found to be reasonable prices and well stocked. We ate at the boulevard restaurant ‘Shamrock Lounge’ on one occasion which was fine, we also had a couple of take away meals from here too. At the hotel we used the Nomad restaurant as well as the Tex Mex and Clover, we felt we had good quality meals at reasonable prices for a hotel. Can’t comment on the golf as we don’t play!

Location wise you need a car, we did a short trip to a market and went in to Los Alcazares one evening for tapas, I’m sure there were other attractions but we were happy to spend our days by the pool with a cold beer.

The local host Joy was great, met us to let us in to the villa, no delay, and also quickly replaced the gas bottle on the outdoor BBQ for us. A fantastic villa and we had a lovely holiday.

Great Location. 10 - 15 minute drive from Murcia Airport. Although this is closing in December. New Airport will be about 30 mins away, so still a great location. More to do than La Torre golf club, regarding Restraunts ect.  Great golf falcilities, clover Bar which is Walking distance, &amp; supermarket on site. Car is essential if you want to travel outside the golf Resort

Fantastic apartment for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Everything was excellent from the booking to the check out. Great location and we will be back!

Excellent apartment. Everything you could possibly need. Spotless. Lovely and quiet corner of complex. I have stayed at Los Alcazares before but this is the best apartment for cleanliness,quality and our needs. Would highly recommend to all couples or families. A+++++
