The property itself was lovely and completely new and renovated inside.  Gorgeous wooden floors, new kitchen, new bathroom, new windows.  The house is literally 10 meters from the town centre, but that is the problem.   It was very noisy due to the traffic that flows through the town, and we had to close the windows at night to not be disturbed, so no fresh air at night.  The other problem for us with small children that wake up early, was that there were no curtains or shutters, so the morning light streamed in early in the morning.  There was no wifi in the house, or working TVs.  This house would be ideal for a group of friends who will be up partying and arent bothered by noise.

The first thing we noticed was the villa was extremely clean and well maintained.  The pool was very clean and indeed checked during our stay.  The villa was well equipped, the only thing missing was a microwave.  Air conditioning was upstairs only, but to be fair it was not necessary downstairs.
The bedrooms were large and comfortable.  The downstairs bedroom could have done with some sort of door leading to it, if you were not with family it could be a bit embarrassing as to get to the car and garage you have to go through the bedroom.
One final note is to say that we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.and Villarenters  were very professional.

The apartment is clean, nicely equipped and in a pleasant complex of other similar flats. It is convenient for walking access to the village centre a short walk and the lake and you could easily have several pleasant chill-out days without using a car if you wanted. The secure underground parking is also good. However, the apartment complex has rules about using the pool including no balls/inflatables and requirement to wear bathing hats that we did not know in advance (we had to buy some bathing hats) and might make it more difficult for a younger family group. Also, the owner has two properties in the complex and although we booked the ground floor apartment, when we arrived we were given the one on the first floor. We were OK with it but it might be a problem if you had deliberately booked the ground floor flat e.g. if you have mobility issues. Also the second bedroom was not as we had expected, being a bit smaller and only with one proper bed rather than bunks as shown in the photos for this flat, and our son ended up using the sofabed in the living room instead. (The property ref for where we actually stayed is 83211, not 83502). Also be aware that the aircon costs 50 Euro extra per week, and the owner wanted 70 Euro for the week to use the WiFi which is outrageous! Overall, it was a lovely place to stay for a family with teenage kids like ours.

We had a lovely holiday and loved the villa but we did have a few problems and the description wasnt completely accurate. We were the first people in after it had been beautifully refurbished, therefore it was lovely but the oven didnt work and dishwasher had not yet been connected to the water. We arrived on the Saturday and they replaced the oven on the Monday and connected the dishwasher also on the Monday, so we had a weekend of washing up which is annoying when youve paid so much. The description mentions a lake view, microwave, kettle(none of these) and it says it includes internet(the manager went out to buy a wifi box for us on the Monday) and aircon (aircon was only in the main bedroom so our boys boiled in the other bedroom!) Ironically, it said it had no washing machine, and I even emailed to ask about this and was told there was a launderette in the village, but there was a washing machine and it even worked! However, the manager was very helpful and friendly so we were very well looked after, and we would recommend this to others, but you should updat e your description!

Villa Walter exceeded our expectations for a rental property. All our needs were catered for definitely a home away from home. the property is fantastically maintained, clean and comfortable especially the beds.The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool a delight. its situation is quiet and peaceful and a short stroll into the centre of Moniga del Garda where there are a choice of excellent restaurants. A perfect base to explore the lake.the whole experience from booking was first class and we will definitely use this site again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this villa.  The photos on the website are very accurate, the bedrooms are airy and spacious, with multiple balconies.  We loved the open plan kitchen, dining &amp; living area and it easily accommodated 6 people.  The pool was awesome, it is great for young children 4-5 yrs old as they can stand in the shallow half of the pool.  But the deep half keeps older children and adults entertained.  I would recommend having a car, as shops / cafes are some distance away. Please note the views of the lake are very limited and WiFi is disappointingly an additional cost.

One word to describe this place, "PERFECT".
Had a great stay and would definitely return. 
It is a excellent place to relax &amp; wind while also a great base to tour around from.
As describe you need a car when staying at this villa but this was not a problem to us. 
Could not find any faults to report on.

Very good location for travels on and around Lake Garda. Property highly secured. Very clean with excellent ammeneties. Very friendly property manager. Excellent spacious grounds and lovely swimming pool. Excellent value.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Walter. We were a family of 4 (kids aged 5 and 11)  travelling with one set of Grandparents. The house was perfect for an extended family break with a double bedroom and twin room on the top floor and an ensuite double in the basement. Beautifully furnished with lots of space to spread out, very homely with cupboards full of plates, crockery and cooking equipment. 

The pool was lovely and much needed as we arrived in the middle of a heat wave. 6 sunbeds and a lovely outdoor seating area plus a BBQ. We had use of inflatables too. The kids loved it. 

The house was in a good location to visit the Southern part of the lake but you definitely need a car to travel to the supermarket and restaurants.

Immaculately maintained, and located in a quiet corner of Moniga del Garda, this was an excellent choice for a weeks stay. The property itself is spacious and well-equipped, with an excellent pool. The centre of town is only a short walk away, with two small but well-stocked supermarkets, and a good choice of restaurants. We also enjoyed a walk down to the marina.

Moniga is in a relatively quiet area, away from the heavier traffic around Desenzano and Maderno. Theres plenty to do (we had a trip to Riva del Garda on the lake, and ventured up Monte Baldo on the cable-car).

Strongly recommended.
