We had a group of 7 adults, including my 85 year old Dad and also my grandson, who is a 15 month toddler with us.
2 very large bedrooms - the Master Suite upstairs is very spacious and the two bedrooms are medium doubles.
We had a cracking time. Pool is lovely and overall everything is in good order and exactly what you need.
Location is great, so quiet yet 20 minutes walk from the marina and also La Sala - a lovely restaurant and club is at the top of the road (never heard it at night).
 A couple of moot points, overall cleanliness was great - although we moved the rug in the living room and it was in need of a hoover. Around the pool could have been better maintained, including the broken sun chairs. Some of the pool towels need replacing too.
Would recommend for a family group, or friends.

Fantastic holiday at Villa Del Rey.  All 10 of us loved the villa, location couldn't have been better and felt very secure.  Pool and outdoor area was sunny all day.  Villa was really spacious and clean.  Thanks to Caroline for welcoming us so well too.

Overall score marked down because of the Pool area: Sunbeds out of 9, 7 were ripped making them uncomfortable. Also the pool area was quite untidy.Good clean up will cure this!  But overall the villa was in a Fab location (LA SALA) bar/rest 2 min walk. Villa really clean and tidy, with plenty of room. Will definately be back

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday in Villa Del Rey and everyone in the party of 8 were very impressed with the villa.  It  is very close to all the amenities Puerto Banus has to offer but with the advantage of being located in a very quiet residential area,   The pool was great and offered welcome relief from the heat!  There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the villa.  The facilities were great but one minor point might be that some of the sunbeds need attention. We met Caroline a couple of times and found her to be helpful and very friendly.

Returned after fourth visit to this villa, the location is very good in walking distance of marina and shops and bars, close to a very good super market.  The villa is very clean Caroline is very helpful if you have problem with the villa she will solve it very quickly, she is also helpful with advice about the area.  I would recommend  this villa holiday to anyone and look forward to the next one!

Stayed in Villa Del Rey in July. Villa is in a great location for the bars/restaurants in Puerto Banus - approx 5-10 minutes walk but also in a quiet location so good for relaxing around the pool during the day. Villa was exactly as expected and apart from the alarm key being left inside the villa (and us then setting it off) all went smoothly. Villa exactly as advertised and would definitely look to book this villa again when returning to Puerto Banus

This was my third visit to the Villa it is very well proportioned, well fitted and in a very good position no need to hire a car as its very near to shops and eating venues and close to the marina.  The only downside is the bank to climb when coming and going , not a problem for younge but for older a bit of a chew.  Caroline is very friendly and most obliging and helpful if anything goes wrong she attends to it immediately. 
The price is very good if a lot of people go but for less visitors it runs expensive when air fare and food is added. Myself and five friends went and a great and very relaxing time was had by all.
 Looking forward to the fourth visit.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location. So convenient for restaurants, beach, coffee shops and supermarkets. The villa exceeded our expectations with lots of little added extras - good hairdryers, plenty of swimming towels, choice of toasters and even some board games! 
Caroline met us as we arrived and was so lovely, friendly and helpful - we instantly felt at ease! Thank you Villa del Rey - we hope to see you again :)

We went to villa del rey as a group of 10 girls on a hen do and were all really impressed with everything about it including how well equipped it was, clean and conveniently located. All the marina, bars and nearby attractions are all closeby - youll love it here. A special mention to caroline who looks after the property and is really helpful - wed recommend it to anybody - have a great time there!

ps - we cant wait to come back and the pool is great!
