Resulta bastante mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Apartamento con dos habitaciones (en una, cama de matrimonio y en la otra dos camas) más sofá cama en el salón, cocina (con microondas, horno, nevera y lavadora), baño completo y terraza. Tv con dvd y canales ingleses y españoles. La propiedad cuenta con dos piscinas de tamaño bastante aceptable. A diez minutos andando (dos en coche) hay un centro comercial. La playa más cercana (quince minutos andando) es de rocas pero si se dispone de coche, hay playas espectaculares relativamente cerca (desde La Mata hasta La Marina). Aconsejaría al propietario poner más fotos, porque las cuatro que hay no le hacen justicia. Para repetir sin dudarlo.

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 15 nights in August 2014. The apartment is large, well appointed and well maintained. It consists of a lower floor with lounge/diner/kitchen area with  large balcony off, a hallway, toilet, separate bathroom/utility room, a double bedroom and twin bedroom with balcony off.
Marble stairs go up to  another bathroom, twin room and double room both with access to the roof terrace area.. This terrace is very large and gives excellent views of the sea/mountains/town towards Alanya. The apartments are accessed by a  pair of lifts servicing the 12 floors with 4 apartments per floor.
The pool area is spotless, the pool of good size and varies in depth so the kids were ok. There is a small slide which the kids loved. The pool is set on nice gardens that are looked adfter by the resident site manager Kemal who speaks English and who was very helpfull.
The location of the apartment is great, one block from the sea, set off the main street, and alongside the market area. Every Saturday the approaches to the apartment disappeared under a sea of white canvass, it looked like it has snowed.  Arriving on a Saturday day time could be problematic for taxi access.
There are several good restaurants within 150 yards, we liked the Garap, and there are 3 supermarkets and several smaller shops selling food drink all within minutes of the place.
The beach area has free sunbeds by a local bar, the beach  is course sand but ok, and there are a few areas of rocks in the sea at about knee to chest height water level. This was not an issue.
There are several good trips out from the area, we did Sapadere Canyon, freezing cold water coming from a canyon in the mountains, all very pretty, Dim Cay, which has restaurants sat over  river  which you can swim in, and river rafting at Korprolu which was great fun and a full day out.  We arranged some trips via Kemal and his friends, which was cheaper than car hire, and you can shop around to get good prices for the other trips.
Most tourists appear to be Russian, with  a smattering of Brits, Irish, Scandinavians, and Germans.
Mahmutlar is a sleepy suburb compared to Alanya, which is full on and a maze of roads. There are regular buses back and forth to town at 2.5TL each way.
The area is getting quite built up, 13 storeys is the maximum build height, and there are a lot of part built blocks, however this did not spoil the stay or cause noise issues. (The local council changed so they all started to build before the regulations  changed).
In all we had an excellent holiday, the apartment lived up to its advertising, and we would recommend it to anyone.

We needed to buy some more bin liners as we were only provided with one (in the bin).
Overall very good.

My wife and I recently returned from spending two weeks at this penthouse apartment. The property was excellent value and was a very luxurious place to stay. The highlight for us was the roof terrace, this was large with beds and pads and had amazing views of the mountains, town and sea. We did venture to the beach once but thought that with a combination of the roof terrace and the pool we didn’t really need it. The market next door is large and specialises in clothes and food. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, just walking round it is an experience in itself and not to be missed. Although situated in the town, this apartment provides a great deal of privacy. The bedrooms are all air conditioned which works very efficiently and in the cooler months is not needed to be used constantly. The kitchen had every kind of utensil you might need and we were at a loss to think of something that wasn’t provided. There were some building works whilst we were there which involved the replacement of a mains water pipe, although there was some noise this was not excessive and did not distract from our enjoyment of the holiday. The bathrooms are fully functional and the water is hot all through the day. In addition to the roof terrace there are two other balconies, the larger one receives the sun in the afternoon/evening and the other is a cooler place to sit as it faces east. The area nearby has several restaurants which serve a large variety of food at reasonable prices (evening meal with drinks was £ 20 - £ 30 for two people). There are shops with a few larger ones where frozen food and essentials can be purchased within very easy walking distance. The Caretaker is always available, the pool is kept very clean and at times we were the only people using it – (it probably does get busier in July/August but even in late September by the afternoon the pool temperature was ideal).We would not hesitate in rebooking this property and cannot recommend it highly enough, it really does have to be seen to be believed, the photos give an idea but it is even better in real life..one tip, buy your Turkish Delight in the market or shops and not the airport – the mark up is staggering!!

The property was excellent value for  money, clean and tidy with all the facilities required for a great holiday. There are 2 swimming pools within the complex which are well looked after  and ideal for both relaxing and family fun. Excellent beaches are also near by.

I would recommend this appartment and location for na fantastic holiday.

With probably one of the finest golf course views on La Torre, this house offers you three floors to enjoy your stay in, of which one is the top floor sun terrasse with sun all day long. 
The house has nice and comfortable furniture, as well as central heating, which was neccessary during our stay in the middle of February.

Our family had a nice and unforgetable experience at the Penthouse Vista and in Mahmutlar during our 10 days stay in August 2008. Penthouse have  fantastic views, with both sea view and mountain view, nice and spacies rooms, clean linens. And the terrace was huge with enough sunbeds.
Our family specially enjoyed swimming in the nearly private  swimmingpool. 
The house keeper were nice and friendly towards us.  
We were happy with the owners prompt answers to all our questions. She was helpfull all the way through booking.
We would strongly recommend any one to use this property during their holiday in Mahmutlar, Turkey.
