This apartment within a stones through of the beach was the perfect base for our holiday. The views from the top balcony were great and it was a 1 minute walk to local bars and restaurants. Parking was good with allocated space. Comunication with owner was perfect as replys very quickly to all questions. Will definately look at renting again next year.

Had a great family holiday in this flat in a quiet location. Mercadona and restaurants are round the corner. The beach is a 3 minute pleasant walk away. A microwave didn't work, but the problem was solved very fast by the owner. Perfect accommodation in a perfect location. We'll be back.

This was my first time renting an apartment in this area.  We know the area quite well and after a few e-mails to Ed the owner we knew exactly where we were staying  the location was perfect!  We contacted the owner several times with various queries, he replied promptly and was very accommodating with us and a late departure time.  The only reason I haven't given a full score for this apartment was I felt it could have been cleaner.  I did wonder if the owner was aware of this problem, as the cleaning is carried out by a separate company.  Who was paid €70 on arrival .  
Overall, apart from that one little problem we loved the apartment and hope to return next year

Fantastic location for the beach, bars and restaurants. If it was updated a bit and had a new kitchen it would be perfect. We'd definitely use the apartment again if we go back

A lovely property with some fantastic people. I would recommend to stay at this property. Excellent communication. Met at the property and shown round. The La Manga Strip is on the other side either drive or a 45 min boat trip straight across but to be honest I think the property is in the perfect place.

A very nice well fitted apartment. 5 minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants just round the corner.
We liked having balconies both at the front and back so had sun all day. Local agents were very helpful arranging
transfers for us. A great relaxing stay

If you want to pack your bags and on arrival be transferred efficiently and quickly to the property by Paul and then just relax then this is the property for you. The flat has everything we required for an enjoyable holiday and the distances to all facilities quoted by the owner were accurate.  The standard of cleanliness in the apartment was first rate. We were a little concerned about the proximity to the plaza - I minutes’ walk away- but we can honestly state that we never heard any noise from the bars and restaurants and we were sat on the terrace up to 11.30 at night. The flat is in a residential area and therefore you are staying in a Spanish community so there is the everyday hustle and bustle of Spanish life but we absolutely felt this was part of the holiday experience and we loved the contact with  a different cultural family life taking place around us. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone and I am already advising my niece and family to book for next August
