Had a fabulous time at this villa.  Dan was very helpful and we had no problem with our transfers.  It is in a great location, only a 2 min walk from shops and local bars and restaurants.  Villa was very spacious for our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 teenagers aged between 19 and15) and had everything that we were looking for.  Lovely resort and you can catch the dolmus easily at the top of the street which takes you into Hisaronu for only 2 lire each.  Hired a private boat for the day which cost £180, was great value.  Aqua park is not far away and worth a visit at only £10 each (Stuart from Shiraz kindly organised this for us).  Had a trip to the market in Fethiye but think the local shops are just as good value.  Hisaronu is more lively and suited our teenagers but only a dolmus journey away.  Definitely will be back in the future, hopefully 2016.

We all loved the week in we had in Turkey.  Arriving late we were al starving and noticed Shiraz restaurant around the corner was open.  The kitchen had closed but they managed to re-open and provided us with the lunchtime menu for all 10 of us and stayed open, looked after us.  This ended up being our fall back eating house.  We ate in some lovely restaurants, especially the owners recommendations.  Generally better value and better food than the UK.  6 of us decided to jump tandem on the paragliders off Babadag Mountain 6,500ft. Have now ticked the box and would do it again.  Had a day out to see the turtle hospital, mud bath and turtle beach.  All were worth doing.  Recommended good value holiday.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at this villa. Smooth transfers to &amp; from the airport, excellent location- close to local bars &amp; restaurants and easy enough to get transport to take you into hissaronou or Olu Deniz. We were a group of 12 and the villa had plenty of space to accommodate, even had a spare room left! The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. This was our first villa holiday &amp; it certainly wont be our last. 
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, our particular favourite was within walking distance (if you turn right at the main road its about a 10min walk) called ALa Turke. Shiraz, the closest restaurant was also lovely &amp; the staff friendly and helpful. He booked us our private boat trip which is a must in my opinion. We had a boat for the day with driver &amp; cook for £160 between our group. We also hired a speedboat for the day, this was my favourite day &amp; the kids loved it- especially eating from the pancake boat yummy!!! 
All in all I would definitely recommend this villa, we have taken lots of memories with us that will stay with us.

Just returned from this property, fifth time visiting Turkey and third time to this area. The villa is ideally located just far enough outside of Hisaronu so you dont get all the hustle &amp; bustle, yet close enough that you can take a stroll and enjoy the variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa itself is well positioned just off the main road through Ovaciek and has all the amenities anyone could wish for. We were a party of seven people, 4 adults and 3 kids ranging from 13 years to 16 years old. The property is well maintained and has all the facilities a family could wish for. The pool area is big enough to cool down and get a break from the searing summer sunshine, and the patio area is ideal for chilling in the shade and relaxing over a beer or two. The air conditioning to all the bedrooms and lounge area is also a god send.
We didnt have a bad meal throughout the 10 day period we stayed and there are numerous restaurants to choose from, you really are spoilt for choice. 
Trip and excursions are numerous in choice and we can fully recommend the jeep safari, look out for the one named Karacay it was really well run, and the vehicles were top draw, the whole party had a fun filled day. The boat trip from nearby Fetihye was also excellent, with numerous choices of boats etc from the harbour side.
All in all an excellent holiday, with an excellent base to explore the area, I would certainly recommend this villa should you be looking for quality accommodation in an ideal location.

We visited May 11th to 18th.  There were six of us, three couples.  The organisation and arrangements were superb.  The taxi met us at the airport.  Everything went smoothly.  The fact that this was paid for in with the price of the villa was a massive plus, as when we have visited the area previously we have had to make our own arrangements.

We have stayed in this area a number of times, and this villa did not disappoint.  The photographs do not do it justice.  Five beautifully appointed bedrooms with five lovely and spacious bathrooms.  All were nicely furnished and beautifully clean and well cared for.  

The living space was the same, all the kitchen equipment worked and the instructions were clear.  Outdoors, the pool area was well kept and Serdar came regularly to clean the pool and was very helpful when we needed anything.  

The villa is in an ideal position, quite close to the road for the Dolmush but also fairly private.  Taxis are also easy to find - in fact there is a buzzer on one of the lampposts on the main road to buzz for one.  The only thing to mar the bliss was the local mosque waking us up at about 5 every morning, but it was easy to go back to sleep due to the copious amounts of alcohol we drank!!  I think they must have had a new sound system installed since we were last in Ovacik!!

Im not sure that the living and outdoor areas could cope with 10 adults, but for two families it would be fine as the kids generally spend most of their time in the lovely pool.  

There are loads of good restaurants in the area, but our favourite was the Yengec - its quite difficult to find but its well worth a visit although we couldnt get back in later on in the week so its worth booking when you first arrive.  

Unfortunately for us the weather wasnt as good as we have experienced in previous years,  but it didnt stop us from doing what we wanted.  The first day was a bit cloudy so we went for a Turkish bath which was bliss (at the nearby Hisaroglu), and we went on a jeep safari (again) which is always enjoyable, and a boat trip down the Dalyan - we actually saw a Loggerhead Turtle which was one of the highlights of the holiday.  My son and his girlfriend booked to paraglide but unfortunately couldnt because it was too cloudy.  My other son and his girlfriend went on a quad safari which they thoroughly enjoyed.  (we booked all our tours through  Tiny Akropol as we have used him previously and he is very reliable). Also, all four visited the water park across the road which they enjoyed.  

Dan was very helpful, as one of our sons girlfriends left some things in their room, and he arranged to get them sent back for her.  Thank you Dan.  

All in all, a lovely time was had by everyone, and the question they keep asking is when are we going again.  We would love to return again this year, but most likely it will be next.  We will definitely return to this villa.

There were 8 of us (4 couples) staying for one week in May 2011 and I can confirm that the villa is excellent value for money.  The airport transfers were smooth and efficient both ways with no problems and the driver even stopped at a market for us to pick up some bread, milk and beers.

The Villa was clean and tidy and well maintained, however hot water for showers for all 8 people in the evening was limited.  

The pool was cleaned every morning and came with a delivery of fresh bread  and the grounds were also well cared for.  

The location of the villa was perfect - far enough to be away from the centre but an easy enough walk should you wish to go for dinner and hit a few bars.

This property definitely suited our needs well. There were 9 adults and 2 small children in our party. We are expats based in Ankara, and this was something of a working holiday for us. The villas close proximity to several local attractions and its pool all made it quite easy for the kids and non-working adults to keep themselves entertained while the rest of us were working. The outdoor bar-be-que was a nice addition, as was the Playstation 2 (much appreciated by the kiddos!). Ovacik very much caters to foreign tourists, and feels distinctly less Turkish than other parts of the country, so be forwarned if youre looking for an "authentic" experience. But then again, one cant sit by the side of the pool catching a tan while enjoying a beer in Konya or Kayseri!

The villa was ideal for us. Our party consisted of Grandchildren, Parents and Grandparents and there was enough room for all of us to have some private space. Having en-suite for each bedroom was great. If you know the Ovacik area it is 100yards from the Dolmus so easy to get to Olu Deniz and Fethiye. The people in the local shops and the Pool Man (Hassan) are really friendly and helpfull. Id strongly recomend a visit to the restaurant managed by Hassans wife.
The Grandkids loved the early morning visits to the villa garden by the chickens - no alarm clock needed.
We all enjoyed the villa and would go back.

9 adults and 3 children stayed in this Vila, quite comfortably. Its in a excellent location, lots of lovely restaurants and bars close buy. If not a dolmos is 2 lira to hissanourou. Shop at top of the road is great for drinks and nibbles and ice cream. Swimming pool great, kids and adults loved it. Seating at table is only for 8 but we did make do. The cockerels do make a noise but not a problem. The 5.40am wake up call from the mosque is loud but a few drinks the night before help. Would recommend to stay in this villa. Views are lovely as surrounded by mountains.
