We had a wonderful time at this property. The house and pool were clean when we arrived. It was very hot in the area, so we were very grateful for the pool. As the owner recommends, I also recommend renting a car. There are few beaches in the area because many hotels and resorts have taken over the beach front so keep that in mind. Also, there were quite a few buses and cars travelling near the property, so we did not feel we had much privacy. They did put up green mesh so the people passing did not have a clear view of us, which did help. This is a great place to stay if you enjoy golfing. Overall, I completely recommend staying here.

Unfortunately I would love to recommend this property but was disappointed.  The villa is spacious, has all necessary equipment and was comfortable.  The owner has left some information on the local area too which was all very helpful.  The town is a very quiet place but the locals were brilliant.  However, there were quite a few things lacking.  The villa seems to have been a little neglected and is in desperate need of some TLC.  The gardens were in need of watering to restore the previous green colour, the grass was also well overdue a cutting, the pool was cleaned once in our two weeks which left the pool a little cloudy but still usable.  There was no CD player or DVD player that worked.  The villa patio doors do not lock and the windows were easily pried open by an unwanted guest  The shutters didnt work on all the windows and the gate into the property needs painting and maintaining so its not such a chore to open and close. The electric required manually resetting between 5 and 15 times during the day and night so having a nights sleep was rare and no air con at 40 degrees isnt pleasant.  There are also coaches turning in front of the property all hours of day and night which I think are taking people to and from the golf courses.  I think if the villa was given a lick of paint and the areas of concern addressed the property overall would have been perfect sadly this was not the case and although we did not allow it to ruin our holiday I wouldnt recommend it.  Turkey is a great place to visit and this is our 3rd year renting villas and sadly the most hassle weve experienced.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood.  It is spacious and very well appointed.  The communication with the owner and the manager of the villa was effective and efficient.

This is a reply to Jenni Skinners review of our property...
Yes the villa is spacious,has all necessary equipment and is comfortable..The gardens were not in need of a cut..as at 45 degrees if you cut the grass short it Burns due to the extreme temperatures ..so we try not to cut it too much during the summer months.. Hence the grass is a little Brown..and not green as Jenni would have liked.
    The pool was cleaned once during her stay ..as we use Chlorine tablets which last 2 weeks and shouldnt need cleaned unless someone dirtys the water.
       The Patio doors do lock..as we were in the villa the week before they came and it locked for us..The shutters are all working..apart from one in the kitchen and if you use the security shutters as they were meant to be used ...as security shutters..which should be pulled down each night or when you go out for any length of time.. then a burgular wouldnt be able to get to the window to prise it open to gain entry and steal possesions.
       The electricity has been changed from normal to 3 phase electric and we have had a couple of problems with the main fuse.. but on our visit,the week previously to mrs Skinner..we maybe had to reset the trip switch twice in 2 weeks.
            There was no cd player or dvd because a previous renter had broken them..we use a laptop for playing dvds and music and bought a new LCD tv for renters entertainment..ok there maybe only 4 or 5 English channels you could watch.. but hey..who wants to sit and watch tv on holidays!
             The villa is due to be repainted on the exterior this spring... as we have had a new road put in.. previously it was a dirt track and the dust from the cars and lorries kept dirtying the paint work...and it was a waste of time and money repainting.. but now the road has been put in it is a priority!
            I hope this addresses any problems that Mrs Skinner highlighted or lowlighted.. regarding my home in Turkey.. We have had 6 x  2 week rentals this summer..and only one disappointed customer.

We must thank the owner of the villa for a fantastic Golf holiday..We stayed form 24th April until 1st May 2008..a party of 6 golfers we found the accommodation very comfortable and clean...the pool was an added bonus as temperatures were touching 30 degrees....A welcome pack of basic necessities was a good idea as we arrived at 3am and were dying for a cup of coffee The villa exterior garden areas were tidy and well groomed..and the pool was serviced every other day......Although the villa is only one of 3 finished on the site...this didn&#039t really effect the property ..as it is a corner plot on the outside of the site..and the pool and garden area are screened by a bamboo fence for privacy..... There was ample room in the lounge for sitting and eating...the bedrooms were clean as was the bed linen..and the bathrooms have 2 showers which were ample for the 6 of us,as long as you weren&#039t in a hurry. As for the Golf....unbeleivable...The golf courses are a match for any course in Europe....17 in total,although we could only play 5 of them...I can&#039t wait to get back again to see what the rest are like...the Club houses were majestic. The owner of the villa arranged all transfers to and from the golf and the airport and prebooked all tee&#045times as we didn&#039t know the area .This was very helpful and saved us running round trying to find transportation and a free golf course...... Once again Mr Brown...Thanks for all your help and assistance..and we&#039ll see you again in the Autumn Yours Sincerely...Mr Sharpe...Harrowgate
