Privilege homes

This is a bright &amp; spacious villa with good south facing views over the golf course &amp; reasonably sized terrace and pool. It is on north west edge of the Vale do Lobo estate so slightly isolated but with easy access to local restaurants in and around Almancil &amp; a good local supermarket.
However, the villa was lacking in several aspects. Sun bed mats were rotten and unusable, the BBQ was dirty with cigarette butts, indoor sofas was heavily worn &amp; marked, bedspreads were stained and there were not enough pillows. The villa felt damp on arrival and needed a thorough airing (though it had been quite rainy in the Algarve). Kitchen needed more china which was often chipped and there were not enough wine glasses. We were surprised that no local information was provided including details of restaurants etc and where to put rubbish etc. 
It could be a nice villa if it had some TLC.

Excellent week long stay in August 2011. The photos on the website do not do it justice - it is beautiful. Recommend this for a couple, a small family but perhaps not 6 people. Clean, modern, good location next to tennis academy and quiet at night. The perfect place for a romantic break. we will be back!

bon accueil et infos intéressantes sur la région; le logement est spacieux et dispose d'une terrasse agréable. La "piscine" sur le toit de l'immeuble est plus de l'ordre d'un petit bassin qui permet en tout cas de se rafraichir en fin de journée.
