Just returned from a fortnight stay at Locrimar II and we were delighted we chose this apartment! Right from placing our booking to arriving at the property, Pam and Steve were super efficient and the communication was excellent! The apartment turned out to be a bit of a gem having rented in Nueva Andalucia, Banus and Marbella numerous times before. We arrived to find a clean, well maintained, secure apartment in a good location (c.20 mins walk from everything you need) in a small,private and well maintained complex. The gardens and pool area are immaculately clean and cared for daily! The apartment had a well equipped kitchen which had everything you needed to cook and cater for a family, two double bedrooms with more than adequate storage space, two clean, comfortable beds, a super clean bathroom with a great shower (a must for me), plenty of towels, a really comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, Sky (if you really need to keep in touch with the world), good space around a table that can seat 6, plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, you name it...we werent missing anything! Air conditioning is great and only needed for a few minutes at a time to ensure the temperature was comfortable (rarely needed at night despite 30 degrees plus temperatures).  The bed linen and towels were changed promptly midway through our stay.  The best thing about this property is that it has been sensibly priced making it actually the best value for money rental Ive enjoyed in Spain AND the owners have really thought about what a renter would need for a really comfortable stay! Its not flashy but neither is the price and I would definitely stay here again, we had a great time! Thanks Guys!

December 2011:  Came with my teenage daughter and her two friends who were equally satisfied with the listing and its private garden off the patio area with access to the pool. The complex offers several pools an indoor heated pool and a supermarket just outside the gate. Great if you want to spend the day around the pool or easy access to all the local towns along the coast. Tapas bars and wonderful restaurants and of course the amazing Puerto Banus with its shops and marina. Both the property managers could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment to any and all types of guests, you wont be disappointed.

September 2013:  Visited this apartment with a friend having never been to this area of Spain before, and was truly impressed with the place. We were looking for a relaxing girlie weekend away, and although this was possible due to the tranquility of the complex, we were pleasantly surprised with the close proximity of buzzing night life and of course paid it a visit!
The apartment itself is of an extremely high standard, with a modern contemporary feel. The verandah overlooks the pool and provided a lovely backdro p for evening prosecco, which can be purchased from the handy supermarket across the road.However despite the high end feel to the place, the apartment is very child friendly.
So whether you are a couple looking for a relaxing retreat, or a family in search of a suitable base this is an ideal place to stay. We will be booking again!!!

December 2012:  This apartment is well maintained and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Saying that it is also "child friendly" so ideal for a family holiday.The complex has numerous pools and a heated indoor pool too.There are tennis courts - so if you are feeling energetic or just want to laze- this is the place to be! There is a new supermarket just across the road and a family run restaurant and bar a 10 minute walk away,for the dining in or out experiences. Well worth a visit.

<p>&nbspDec 2012 I stayed in this apartment with my friend in June this year. Its a beautiful apartment with direct access to the very private swimming pool and gardened area. The apartment is modern and contemporary with all the luxury amenities youd expect . The resort itself has a fabulously kitted out gym with an indoor pool also.&nbsp</p>

November 2012:  We stayed at the apartment last August after being recommend by friends. We were kindly greeted at the airport by the property manager, who stopped at the shops on the way back from the airport to get some food for our arrival. When we arrived at the apartment, we were very impressed at how clean, modern and spacious it was. We stepped out into the balcony and the pool was straight ahead of us. It was lovely. During the corse of the week, this was very handy as the kids were able to pop to the pool and apartment as they wished.
On arrival, we had some trouble with our car rental but the property manager kindly sorted a car out for us and drove us to collect it! It was a god send having his help !
We found our stay relaxing, stress free and overall a pleasure!
With this in mind, we have decided to book again next year and recommend this resort to all of our friends!

October 2012:  We stayed in this apartment for 18 days and it is the best holiday we have ever had. Nice apartment with a lovely pool area situated just outside the terrace. The surroundings was also very nice and calm but you need to have a car so you can explore the area around. Just outside the gate to the community is a very good Merkadona store so you does not need to take the car for shopping food. I can really rekommend this apartment and we are already thinking of going back again!
