We found the property to be large, clean and in a good position - in fact, we felt that it was better than the photographs/description on the website.  The view from the large south-facing balcony is a massive plus, and we hope that it is not obscured by future developments in the area.

Reception/arrival was smooth and the reception staff were helpful and were able to advise on restaurants, shopping etc, as well as efficiently arranging transfers back to the airport.

Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodation.

this was the best holiday we have ever had and i cant see us going anywhere else.the appartment and veiws are stunning.the people at sun coast are so lovely and make you so welcome.he food in bulgaria isso cheap and really nice.i cant recomend it enough.cant wait to book for next year

The pictures put on here for the property are exactly how it is. The complex is small, clean and friendly. The apartment is spacious enough to handle 2 adults and 2 children (13 &amp; 8) with ease. Everything in the appt worked and the balcony is a huge advantage. You can sit out there watch the sun set over Old Nessebar and enjoy a beer. The staff are friendly play with the kids and it is a really relaxed environment. The appt is about a 15 min walk to the smallish town centre of St Vlas and the food is cheap, honest and good. (We paid £22 for a 2 course meal for 4 of us, 4 Beers and 4 Sprites!)
Location of the appt is perfect it is quiet enough to chillout and relax if thats what you want and a short bus ride or a walk and you are in amongst the hustle of Sunny Beach. It ticks all the boxes. It was our first trip to Bulgaria and St Vlas and we enjoyed it so much we are looking at buying an appt on the same complex!
