We have had a wonderful stay in Bungalow Shane. Paul and Marlyn are really helpful, the bungalow is very nice, and the surroundings are lush and green. We will definitely come back!

In many ways it was way beyond expectation. The hosts went out of their way to show us Mauritian hospitality and culture
Pictures in your advertising don't tally with reality. Reality is better so they do themeslves a diservice.

I did not choose to pay a breakage waiver, that was imposed on me against my will and I object to that.

The most beautiful place on the Island! I had a real pleasure to meet this people Paul and Maryline. Very comfortable, beautiful garden, view, delicious breakfast and dinner, fast wifi, dogs, walking in the forest, evening with some vine, life music and songs of local people... I had a few places to live in Mauritius and this one was so close to the nature and real non touristic part of the island. If you dont interested of only visiting beaches and touristic places, want to relax and feel the real nature of this beautiful island - my recommendations! Hope to visit Mauritius again...

Paul and Maryline are most friendly and welcoming without being at all intrusive. Their place is in a delightfully secluded valley a short drive from the airport along the attractive coastal road. I enjoyed both Paul and Marylines great local style cuisine. Good internet/wifi.

We just wanted to email to say thank you very much for being our hosts last week - we are sorry we did not get to say goodbye (our flight was quite early and we were in quite a bit of a rush!).
 
Please also could you say thank you to Patrick for his kindness - it was great to meet you all (and DJ!).
 
We really enjoyed our stay at Bungalow Shane.
