This Canada Water tube station property is wonderful.  Maria met us in front of the property, she then showed us around the flat and how to work the appliances, where to take the rubbish, and where to put the keys at the end of our stay.
The property is clean and quiet, no problems with noise from neighbors...there is construction adjacent to the building - but we could not hear that within the flat.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and modern. It is located right across the street from the Canada Water tube station, giving easy access to both the London overground and underground. Right next to the tube station is a Sainsbury, which makes food shopping easy.
I highly recommend this property.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. 
L'appartement est vraiment proche de la station de métro pour accéder à  nos visites  à Londres. Nous avons même été à Wimbledon en 20 minutes.
L'appartement est super agréable pour se détendre après les visites. Les supermarchés sont à proximité pour les courses et il y a un super restaurant au coin de la rue le canada café pour les brunch et le repas du soir.
Nous choisirions cet appartement encore une fois si nous voulons rester dans la grande ville de Londres pour une autre visite de vacances.
De l'aéroport de stansted nous avons pris le train stansted express ensuite ligne de métro Liverpool Street bank london bridge et canada water

We had a great family week.
The apartment is really close to the metro station to access our London tours. We even went to Wimbledon in 20 minutes.
The apartment is super nice to relax after the visits. The supermarkets are close by for shopping and there is a great restaurant at the corner of the canada cafe for brunch and evening meals.
We would choose this apartment again if we want to stay in the big city of London for another holiday visit.
From stansted airport we took the train stansted express then subway line Liverpool street bank london bridge and canada water

We had a very pleasant stay. All the facilities (Tesco, Decathlon, etc) were very close to the apartment. The tube station a few steps away. The sofa is very comfortable and the beds also. We met Maria that was very kind and give us all the indications we needed. When we'll return to London we would like to stay again in this property.

Perfect location. Used the tube every day so being so close to the station was great.  Apartment was clean, comfortable. The negatives I'll mention as info, but I would not hesitate to stay here again ___bedrooms are small, couldn't find outlets in master bath to use hairdryer, the clothes dryer was useless.

Wonderful location, so easy to get to everything including Heathrow Airport. The apartment was huge, and very clean. Maybe a little too much furniture, especially in the master bedroom. Beds very comfortable. Lovely views from balcony. Owners supplied soaps and paper products, even left a cartoon of milk and big bottle of water. Maria and Carlos met us at the apartment very late and were very accommodating, explaining things in the apartment. It would be helpful to have the manual for appliances, tricky. WiFi worked wonderful, lots of TV channels for my husband in the evenings. Great grocery store right around the corner next to Canada Water Underground. Only negative, which they or anyone in London can't do anything about, is the water pressure, so allow extra time to get that shower!! Would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back some day!! Thanks

This is a wonderful apartment located so close to the Canada Water Tube Station.  Easy to get to anywhere in London.  Very clean and well kept.  Only two complaints.  1)  Washer and dryer combo.  Takes 4 hours to do one load!  We ended up using the quick 30 minute wash cycle and dried clothes on the drying racks.  2)  Shower in one of the bedrooms was only lukewarm.  (other shower was fine)  Would we stay in this apartment again?  Absolutely!  Carlos and Maria were so helpful in answering questions and meeting us upon our arrival and departure.

We stayed one week and enjoyed it. The flat is really near to the tube station, so we easily got to every place in London which we wanted to see. We loved to have the flat to relax afterwords. Supermarkets are nearby and the kitchen and two bathrooms had all we needed for our stay with the children. And I also love the Greenland Dock area right around the corner and to go there for an evening walk. We would choose this flat again if we are to stay in the great city of London for another holiday visit.

Walking distance to shops and tube.  If I had to fault the flat, sofa and chairs not comfortable, otherwise perfect.
