We arrived at the villa 9:30pm and immediately felt at home, the villa was awesome, brilliant rooms the sala amazing the pool everything you need for a 1am swim after a night on the town just made the whole thing perfect.

Loved every minute and will be back

The villa is fantastic, had everything I could wish for, pool was cleaned regularly, all the equiptment was modern.  The outdoor sala was wonderful to relax in at night.  We used the pool every day.  We found ample restaurants up to a km away, or 3 km for Fishermans village, but the bus went past quite regularly anyway, or a taxi from fishermans village was around 200 baht.  I love to walk places when I can, but if you prefer not to, or struggle to walk far, you can hire a car or scooter for fairly cheap - I never thought to take my drivers license, but the villa was so nice, I spent a large portion of my holiday there, relaxing and reading books by the pool.  Peaceful and relaxing place to be.
The owner Jasper was lovely, he emailed me restaurant lists, and even gave me a route to take for my morning road runs.
Bohput I thought was so much nicer than the likes of Chaweng, felt more authentic.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely villa in a gated development very peaceful location would recommend renting a car as long walk to 7-11 shop which is not very well stocked.

A first class villa, well located for all amenities and attractions.  The villa is ideally located for anyone looking for a peaceful break but with the added convenience of local attractions not too far away.

Very comfortable and well-equipped high quality property with everything you could require for a family break which also benefits from good support from the local agents.  The rooms, grounds and pool are all well maintained and of top quality.  

Numerous local restaurants, bars and beaches to keep the whole family entertained.

A nice property located in a good four star aparthotel with excellent facilities. The location was OK but was not for the infirm or wheelchairs due to the many stairs and its hilly location. 

The description of Beach on site was not accurate as it is a good 15 minute walk down there.  The uphill trudge back is abit of a strain if you are not fit, or have had a good meal. If you are full of alcohol from one of the many bars on the front you just roll up it.  Well almost.

Taxis are plentiful if you can afford them.
 
The hotel staff were very helpful.

The villa was lovely, it had fantastic views, all the photos that we were sent before we arrived certainly gave us a wonderful idea of the place. The pool was great, we just didnt use it enough! It was lovely to have the outside seating area, especially when we had storms, it was great to sit outside with the thunder and lightening going on around us -) Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic meal made by the chef that came to our villa, the seafood was amazingly and we couldnt finish it all!! All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would love to return one day...thank you for all your help in making it a lovely stay.
