We, as current owners of El Pajar, visited Santan Lucia for the first time in November 2004. We were so impressed with the house and surroundings that 3 months later we had bought the cottages and prepared a proyect to restore this 200 year old cottage in what it is now, a charming canarian house with todays comforts. Our cottages were delicately furnished and granted opening permission as CASAS RURALES on the 20th feb 2007 by the Canarian Government Tourist Board. All our customers are delighted to stay and sad when they have to leave.
