After travelling to this part of the USA for many years I bought this villa in 2004 jointly with a friend so that both our families could enjoy the year round Floridian weather. We selected this villa because of its ideal location for everything - theme parks, shops, restaurants - and its privacy in a superb setting with open views over the adjoining lake (the larger of the two lakes) and fantastic Floridian sunsets. The position on the gated community is tranquil and the villa not overlooked. I live in Hale, Cheshire which is on the edge of the south Manchester conurbation. I've travelled extensively but always enjoy relaxing at the villa. As owners we always try to ensure that our guests have a great time at our villa and that everything runs smoothly from the moment of booking until check out. We have local managing agents in Kissimmee who look after the villa for us and assist our guests if needed.
