Exactly what we needed, communal pool very close which was also very clean. We were already familiar with the area but the strip and boulevard were quite close. Only criticism would be the need for 2 large fans for the summer as it was extremely hot. Other than that, the facilities were great. Owner was also very quick to reply when we had any questions. Would highly recommend.
