Where do I start. Let me make something clear I am doing this review purely to warn potential visitors to the property.

Let me start by saying the images of the villa is at least 4+ years old. IT IS NOT an accurate diction of the state of the villa now. 
The villa is very very tired not well maintained starting from the front door that you have to open with a kick, To the sofas that are visibly stained and disgusting that I would not let a stray dog sit on let alone my kids. It was dirty to it's core. The furniture in general is broken, half the blinds in villa won't open due to the cables being broken. Dead insects between the window and the blinds. The kitchen is like it's from the 80s, very very old and tired. The extraction o er the cooker is oily and disgusting. There was a pot of nescafe instant coffee the was left in the cupboard for so long the the coffee solidified to a cube and turned black. I mean why was that not removed and thrown in the bin. All the air-conditioning did not work apart from one bedroom which meant the whole family slept and stayed in one room the whole 2 weeks we were there. I called the reps and they sent someone out there. He said the voltage in the street is weak due to people on the street using alot of power in the summer so u can't put more than one air-conditioning unit on otherwise non will work.

The furniture around pool was so filthy that we didn't use any of them. But in the pictures they looked clean and nice, reality now is very different. The pool was clean, small but I already knew that, so I was happy with with the pool.
The main bathroom upstairs was refurbished which is good however it had a leak behind the toilet which the rep suggested just stuff some tissues to soak it up and that was it for the next two weeks .The pictures you see are not an accurate representation

One positive the location is descent. Not far from shops and main town.

just back from a 2 week holiday this villa is just perfect,this was our second time,the pool is kept very clean,the site manager phil and paul are very helpful better than the last one that was there,everything is very clean inside the villa,plenty of towels n bedding,i can highly reccomend the instanbul for the best steak i have ever tasted,for breakfast i would go to gardiners full english just fab,will deffo be back again to this villa.

This is our second year of staying in Star Sitesi and its fair to say we enjoyed it just as much, in fact, more than the last time! The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival with fresh bed sheets and towels at the ready. The rooms are all a very good size and there is sufficient cupboards/wardrobes for all your belongings. The villa is in a very quiet area and so is perfect for a family holiday such as ours. All amenities (beach, shops, Kadriye town centre) are close by. We rented a car for a week and would definitely recommend this to other villa renters. The private pool is fantastically well looked after and the man in charge of taking care of it was there every morning without fail ensuring it was clean and ready to use for the rest of the day. A genuinely beautiful villa in a truly beautiful area of Turkey. Hope to be back soon!

Well located property with nice little pool and good air conditioning. Someproblems with water and power cuts but probably no more than any other site in Turkey.

We have been coming to this area of Turkey for 8 years but this was our first time in this particular property, and I have to say we were all very impressed! The villa was spacious (we are a family of 8), clean, modern and well looked after. All rooms were beautifully decorated, there was plenty of wardrobe space and having two showers certainly made getting ready in the evening a lot easier! The area is peaceful and quiet with stunning views down the road of the taurus mountains. The exterior of this villa is its biggest selling point with a very spacious patio area, plenty of garden furniture (the 3 umberellas were perfect as temperatures reached the mid 40s!) and the private pool was fantastic and cleaned daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day. The communal pool was also brilliant and a great addition if we fancied a proper swim. All-in-all a lovely holiday and a wonderful villa, we look forward to booking next year!

The villa was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.  However, when we arrived we discovered that there is no gas in the kitchen and we cant cook. We informed the pool man about our problem. He did not speak English but it looked like he is going to inform the manager, Kamil. The next day nothing happened and we were not able to cook again. The day after the gas delivery showed up but we were asked to pay 65 TL for it.  A while later the manager, Kamil showed up.  I asked him if we were responsible for the cost.?  He said "no" and he was going to bring us 65 TL...soon. He did not show up the entire week.  The night before our departure I went to Kamils house but he wasnt there. I talked to his son.  His English was excellent. I told him that we will be leaving the next day in the morning and I reminded him about the money.  He said that Kamil will be home soon and he will pass on the message. We left the next day and Kamil never showed up. Believe me, 65 TL is not going to brake me but this is a matter of professionalism  and proper management.  Therefor we wont be coming to this villa next year and we wont recommend it to any of our friends.

Clean and beatiful villa. The pool is small as seen at photos. Car must be if u dont like walking. The people are friendly and helpful.

The villa is brilliant, just as described.  it is very clean.  the pool was spot on, thats where we spent most of the holiday.  the locals are really friendly. the guy next door will do anything for you.  if we needed a ride some where he would take us if he was not working.  we will definatley go back, but for longer.

This is a lovely villa, clean, comfortable and it has everything you need to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture, which we spent a lot of time in, a big bonus for us, Its surrounded by trees which gives you privacy and it is maintained daily by a lovely turkish man that comes round a couple of times a day. The nearby towns Kadriye and Belek are great places to visit where you can find shops and lovely restaurants and bars. Everyone is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We had a great time here, a very relaxed holiday and would definitely return and recommend to our family and friends.
