We stayed for two weeks and found the property to be exactly as described.It was very clean and comfortable and well equipped.The location was excellent with lovely open outlook and direct access to the coastal path and beach .Shops and restaurants all nearby,we were spoilt for choice.Would definitely book again.

Tony was very easy to talk to when arranging our stay, very helpful, informative and quick to respond to our queries. We stayed for 10 days from 9th May 2019. The apartment felt like a real home from home. We were very comfortable and happy from the moment we were greeted by Janet. The weather was fantastic, hot and sunny everyday. The pretty terrace is a real sun trap, comfortable sun beds, large table and chairs and very private. The local area was lively and bustling, just a stroll away to cafes and restaurants, or jump on the bus to Paphos Harbour...Coral Bay beach in the opposite direction. We walked along the beach and paths to Paphos Harbour a couple of times. Lots to see and do, but we just relaxed and enjoyed the sun, good food, drinks and company on most days. 😊 Back at Kings Palace, we enjoyed the pool and gardens. Lidl being so close was very handy. The apartment felt lovely to come back to. Thanks very much Janet.

Excellent location couldn't have been better quiet spot but handy for everything pleasant walk to harbour along coast path slightly quick via road numerous exceptional restaurants on tomb of kings road very good value for money Jan very friendly and helpful

This was our second stay in this ideally placed villa. Our first stay being a taster of one week, this time we stayed for three weeks. For us, the villa is perfectly placed, being a matter of yards from the beach and the same distance to all of the amenities on Tomb of the Kings road. The villa is well equipped and has comfortable beds. Airport transfers are included in the price, which is a very handy commodity to have. Nothing is ever took much trouble for Tony or Indeed Janet, who is there to meet and greet on arrival and departure. Janet is also contactable at any point during the stay. We loved our stay so much, we have already booked again for next year.

we had a lovely stay weather perfect however couldnt use barbecue as there was not a gas bottle but 2minutes to beach lovey coastal walk to harbour

From first contact, right through to our staying at the villa, communication has been first class. We were even allowed to look around the villa on our visit to Cyprus last year, to see if the villa was what we were looking for. The place has everything that you could wish for, including a bbq. The views are first class, although there is no pool, why would you need one, with the sea only a matter of yards away. In Janet, the owners have an excellent point of local contact, only being a phone call or text away. Janet will endeavour to make your stay as smooth as possible. The airport pick up and drop-off was also excellent. We have already booked for later in the year and will definitely use again in the future.

Thanks for a great holiday. The villa was perfect in every way. Beach, restaurants, shops, bus stops all on the door step. Everything we needed in villa. Loved the balcony watching sunset with glass of wine 🍷 Janet was very helpful. Shall definitely be returning.

An excellent apartment, very clean; in a great spot in a very nice complex. I would stay again without a second thought. The only slight issue was the air conditioning was not as effective in the main bedroom &; lounge area as it should have been.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The villa has everything you need as a holidaying couple. Rooms are a good size, large bathroom with good shower and loads of storage in bedrooms. Kitchen has all you need and a washing machine helps out for longer stays like ours. Wi fi works well. We found the upstairs balcony very useful for late afternoon sunset and people watching. Outside space is adequate but not the most private, we would have preferred some screening down the side, but the beach is so close and wasn't busy so you could find space and relative privacy here. The location was perfect for us as quality bars and restaurants are just minutes away on foot. We planned to hire a car but found we didn't need one. Very happy with our stay but if I had to find a fault I think the owners should make a small vacuum cleaner available as mops and brushes on tiled floors just move muck n sand around. We had a great stay and will be looking to go back again some time soon.

Stayed here in 2008 and enjoyed it so decided to book again. Taxi there to pick us up at airport and take us to villa - Janet was there to let us in and show us round villa as some changes were made to toilet with a new walk in shower. I could go on forever - the villa is in a great location to walk into town or go to the beach, walk round path to harbour or catch bus for coral bay. We hired a car just to travel a bit further afield. We had another great holiday here at villa and would like to thank Janet for looking after us again and Tony for letting us rent his villa.
