The villa was nice though the grounds were very neglected.  We were also cold.  Hot water didn't work at the basin in master bedroom.  There was no patio heater, first aid box or fire extinguisher, and no grill for the barbeque.  Also we were told we didn't need a car, but it was a long walk to the only restaurant and supermarket.  It was a mainly German and Spanish speaking area, no one spoke English.  We didn't know it was a residential area.  We tried to hire a car halfway through the week, none available and was told the bust didn't run until May.  So we didn't see much at all, only the walk from the villa to the restaurant every day.

We got home on the day before yesterday from Panorama after spending fantastic and beautiful days in the resort. Although we could not pay with credit card &#040there were some communication problem on Monday&#041 any other thing was really good and we could enjoy our holiday without any problem. I’d like to express my great thanks for You for organizing and providing a lot of useful information before travelling and fast replies. I have appreciated kindness and helpfulness of local representatives also. I wish You very good days and lot of guests in this beautiful and well equipped resort. Thanks for very good experiences I plan I started to save money now and we want go back there with our 3 small children next year. Unfortunately the distance is a bit long from Hungary &#040I drove more than 20 hours to go and same time to back as well&#041, but it don’t influence me to go there back by car next year also. T.
