Many thanks to Natalie for allowing us to stay in her home during our family holiday.
We have rented numerous villas in the Orlando/Davenport area and this is without doubt, the very best so far.
Booking was very simple and immediate communications with the owner were extremely helpful and informative.
The location is great, with the villa being in the depths of a very quiet community (which appears to be mainly local residents). 
The pool is very private and benefits from sun almost all day. The pool heating is probably the best we have experienced, with the temperature being absolutely perfect for the slightly variable April weather. The spa/hot-tub is a fantastic addition and provides a lovely way to relax and unwind.
The villa benefits from an outstanding amount of space and felt very much like home for the duration of our stay.
We did need to contact Natalie on arrival for a minor issue with the spa, but this was resolved immediately with fantastic comms from the local agents. We were also advised of damage to the spa filter, identified during the pool clean, which was also rectified immediately.
The garage is a well equipped games room, which is brilliant, although we didnt find time to take full advantage of. The kitchen has just about everything you would need for self-catering .
Overall, we could not recommend this villa enough. I think it would be extremely difficult to find a better value property for a family trip to the Orlando area. As owner, Natalie and her local agents provide a rental that exceeds all expectations and certainly made our holiday a lot more special!

Property was as described and is in a really lovely setting just off the I27 in Davenport.
We spoke with Natalie the qwner on a couple of occassions who could not have been more helpful.
Very spacious, great kitchen, super large TV in lounge and main bedroom, pool table and other games and a nice sized pool with Jacuzzi.
Check in and out was seemless 
100% recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Location is excellent for theme parks etc. House itself is very spacious and has excellent pool and spa, again, with plenty of space. The decor is a little dated in places but still this property is excellent value for money. 
Communication with Natalie (and her agent in US) was also excellent. Any problems were dealt with immediately. For example, the pool pump seized and was replaced within 24 hours. Thank you Natalie for looking after us so well. We would definitely return.

This was our first time in Florida as a family and we were delighted with the villa.
It is a lovely size, pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, the children were in there every day! The games room was a lovely added bonus and again the children loved it. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and the pool and the information folder was very helpful also.
Location wise it is great, literally a 5 minute drive from shops and 12-15 mins from Disney. Just....Perfect.
We had the most amazing time, in fact next time we come we are not planning on doing as much so we can spend more time relaxing at and enjoying the villa!! We would love to return next year please!

Another excellent stay at this property. Everything was clean and welcoming on arrival with everything we needed to start our holiday. Great communication from the owner prior to our arrival with all the details required if needed. Will definitely be returning to this villa in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

Thanks Natalie for letting me into your home and all the paper work that you sent before the trip, My family couldn't believe how big the house was and everything in it, I had planned it from the year before and was bit anxious as I have never rented a villa as I have my own holiday home in Cyprus, My granddaughter loved her Disney room and was sad to leave the house and the pool, if I ever come back to Orlando I wouldn't hesitate to book with you again,

Villa was lovely and facilities were great, it would have been nice if there had been a little bar within the community, however there is an area which is about 30/40 mins walk away, communication with owners was excellent.

Whilst this villa is a good size, it was very disappointing and we wish we had never stayed there! The property is very tired, bedding was dirty, numerous loose medication was found in the 3rd bedroom where my children slept, pests were able to enter the property and pool area which was very worrying, the neighbours were very loud and had late outside parties, the villa was not of a clean standard that you'd expect, the air conditioning is restricted and never at a comfortable level and keeps everyone awake with its noise when it comes on during the night, items were missing from the games room, the main sofa is worn and despite the management company inspecting for a noise that constantly beeped, they never resolved the issue by changing the battery whilst we were there. In the 20 years we have been staying in villa's in Orlando, I have never experienced anything like this. All problems were raised with the owner, I lost time dealing with this and the matter is unresolved.

We have stayed on Legacy Park a number of times. This villa was a fantastic property to stay in. Very clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great communication from the owners prior to our holiday starting. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and will definitely book again in the future.
