I had a great vacation in Didim and, for that, this apartment had a big contribution. The owner was supportif and kind. It was a quite place, but with a good restaurant near. The apartment was very confortable, big, with manny terrace and  very nice see view. I can recomand it without any hesitation!

This has been our 6th year in Altinkum and Dolphin residence 1 has been the best complex we have stayed at, such a relaxing atmosphere and friendly people. Apartment was lovely.

We have recently returned home after a wonderful 2 week stay in the Sultan residence. Such a lovely apartment all round. As stated in description well situated, close to bars restaurants and main beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The villa wad spotless and georgious. Swimming pool was very clean. Turkish people were very friendly and helpful. I was worrying about the transfers but this went smoothly and the company Gordian Travel were there waiting for us when we landed and were there on time when it was time to go. We used a place called BIM for all our shopping which we could walk to and I would recommend . A few lovely places to eat within walking distance were U2 Leons, Bar One and meandros Village. We also jumped on a bus to a place called Marvisher and watched the sun go down and that was about a 20 minute bus ride and we ate at 06 bar which was lovely.  My only criticism is that the main beach was further away than I thought and we had to keep getting on a bus to get to where it was all happening. With heat at 40 degrees plus, this did not happen that often and my 17 year old girl and 10 year old boy did start getting bored by the second week. Overall we had a lovely holiday and the pictures does not do it justice, we could not believe our luck when we walked into the villa. Also, Steve was at the end of the phone if you had any problems or questions.

This duplex is in a exellent position  the air con we could not use because the water was constantly dripping and the bottle outside was full and to heavy to empty we could not get hold of management at any time the shower upstairs was not working, but we had a great holiday and would probly book it again next year if the problems were fixed.

Overall the apartment was OK and we had a reasonable holiday, but a number of things detracted us from this:
1) The property did not match the description supplied
- there was no washing machine/dryer(this made life difficult as we came prepared to use these facilities)
- the TV/Satellite would only play DVD - no signals
- no music system
- no personal gym or pool table

2) The standards of cleanliness were not good on arrival
- cutlery/crockery/utensils were in poor cleanliness
- towels provided were unusable due to bad/damp odour 

3) some of the site staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful

4) A big help would have been some kind of welcome pack/instruction list with simple instructions regarding whereabouts of facilities, waste disposal etc.

Dolphin Residence 1 - 3 bedroom penthouse Sleeps 6-8

This is the second year we have stayed at this apartment. Highly recommended, Lovely pool and not overlooked. Close to the Sky bar and second beach is only a 5 min walk. Dolphin square is about a 10 min walk. Apartment had everything youll need except a washing machine. There is a laundry room in the complex though. Overall perfect location to explore the sights and sounds of Altinkum.

Dolphin Residence Apartment  Sleeps 2-4

Me and another family stayed here in 2012 the villa is beautiful and set in a quiet part of altinkum, there is a small complex next door with a bar and restaurant also a shop on there, the roof terrace is a fantastic sun trap with sunlounges and bbq. The pool is clean the weather was fantastic and we all enjoyed our stay. We would definaty recomend.

Sari 6 Bedroom Villa -Sleeps 12/14

Especially enjoyed the quieter location where the Turks take their holidays. Nice easy walking paths nearby. The apartment felt like you were staying in a friends home rather than a flat bought to make a profit 
off people who did not plan to return. The photo of the living room is not accurate as this apartment has a loft living room which gets very warm in July and August. Air Conditioning is a must. Would love to return here in April-May or Sept.- Oct. Great  British property management  team!
