Communication with Niamh was seamless and our late check-in was easily supported. The location is great (Youghal is super, with beautiful beaches and friendly people), the villa was spacious, spotless and very well kitted out. The playground was great and there are lots of other things to do on site and in town. The walk down to town is steep and there's no car access that way. I have a very big mobility scooter and it just fitted through the gate, so that was perfect. Just be aware that there are no store-cupboard-essentials like oil, butter, bread, milk so make sure you bring your own for the first day before getting to the shops. Wonderful place - thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a really lovely location. The apartment was very well equipped and in great condition, decorated tastefully. The amenities of the complex were also of an extremely high standard, the pool and surrounding area were well maintained and more than enough sun beds and parasols were available. The complex was set a short walk away (5 mins downhill) from the beach and bars/restaurants - where we enjoyed several excellent meals. One restaurant to recommend is just opposite the complex called Cantina - superb food! We did not hire a car on this trip and this did not hinder us at all, there is a bus stop just outside the apartment block which travels to both Albefuira and Faro city centre (from there you can get to the airport). Two places I would recommend visiting (using the local bus service) is the town of Lagos and also Aqualand - a water park. Both brilliant days out! Being able to contact the onsite agent for our villa was of huge help - with regard to organising transfers and for any other queries we had. I would throughly recommend this apartment, we will be returning at some point.

The property is located in a beautiful location, stunning views, very comfortable house, eight of us stayed and had plenty of room. We all enjoyed it and will return. The house is very remote but its worth it for the location.

Lovely village in an excellent location. Good ameneties for children/young families. Property contained everthing you need for a self catering stay. Villa was reasonably clean. Great to have washing/drying facilities, especially as we had some rainy days. Excellent reception and end of stay arrangements. Entrance barrier ensured privacy on site, although it didnt appear to be working for a some of our stay.

Beautiful place to stay with magnificent sea view. Ideal if you want to spent some time on quite place out of civilisation (however there are few houses around). Reasonable distance to nearest village (by car). Some home equipment are already bit “used” (broken lids on toilets) and couple of bulbs was broken, but in general the house was clean and comfortable.

All good! - house was great with some nice touches of fresh flowers etc. This is an ideal location for young family as entire complex is very kid friendly and lots of local attractions close by - both indoors and outdoors as Irish Weather is the only real variable!

Hi Niamh, just back from Olhos D’Agua this afternoon. Had a wonderful time – apartment was great. We spent a lot of time on the beach and ate regularly down at Fratelli’s.
