Very clean, well presented villa and pool.  We had a small problem with the air-con but was fixed the same day.  Very helpful to have use of the car .  Thank you Sue for all your help.

The villa more than lived up to our expectations - couldn't fault it.  If anything, it was nicer than described.  View Point Village is a really good location - nice and close to Pattaya so you can enjoy it without being disturbed by the 24x7 partying. Nice and close to the beach too.  The free use of car (looked like a brand new one at that) was a lovely touch.  Managed to get out and explore the local area quite a bit - there's lots going on there.  Would definitely recommend this place to anyone - we'll be going again!

Lovely House, in a great place.  Well looked after while we were there.  Loads and loads of space definitely better than staying in a hotel.  Will definitely go again!

Our first trip to Pattaya - had a ball.  Jomtien beach is great too, very relaxing.
The villa was lovely.  Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and more than lived up to the words in the advert.  We especially appreciated the garden and the communal pool which was close by.  Our maid Dom came every day to clean and even did bits of shopping for us.

Overall, ten out of ten - great value for money and we'd definitely stay again.

The property was really good, getting a little bit tired. But thats my opinion of most things/properties in SE Asia. However Su (the owner) has redeveloped her other villa and is in the process of doing this one. Overall the building and facilities, met and exceeded our needs. By far the most impressive thing was Su, from the moment we met her until when we left, she was fantastic. Open, friendly and great with our kids. She was extremely understanding about a few minor breakages that occured and did not charge us. The personal service and advice she provided was fantastic and we would definately stay in one of her properties again.

i have already emailed the owner to say that we thought the villa was excellent it has everything you need we made use of all the facilities in the villa it is in a lovely area easy to get to places we even used the car that came with the villa the people we met on arrival who came and looked after the villa were very helpful we could not ask for anything more

This property exceeded all my expectations, The service from the owners was way beyond the call of duty. Nothing was ever a problem they helped in every aspect and I can only say thank you for the time of my life.

The photos on the webpage are not enhanced they are accurate to the last little detail.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the maid service was a huge bonus.

the pool was magnificent and the villa itself scored a 10/10 from all of us. we were very sad to leave.

I will be back as soon as possible, as this was my best holiday yet.

View Point Villa was perfect for our needs.  We were four couples each with a baby!  It was the perfect long weekend for us.  The pool entertained the children and then in the evening we could put them all to sleep and socialise together outside with the BBQ by the pool.  The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed so it was easy to prepare food for everyone, wash &amp; sterilise to our hearts content!
We were incredibly well looked after by Khun Suban who was there to welcome us and sadly....wave us goodbye.
