Myself and family had a wonderful 2 weeks stay here. Villa in a beautiful location. It was a joy to sit by the pool in the morning with a coffee or in the evening after a day at the parks or shopping to watch/listen to the wildlife around the small lake at the back of house. Minutes from Walmart and petrol station, pretty much central for everywhere The villa itself was nice and clean, but feel it needs a wee freshen up. We had excellent communication with the owner. I am in no doubt we will stay here again in the future :-)

For the price the villa is good value and very well equipped . Location is great. Check in & out easy. Could be a bit cleaner behind the blinds and the rust mark round the over flow in the basin didn’t look nice ( maybe me being fussy) The games room needed a really good tidy up, there was lots of clutter . None of this affected our stay and we would book again. Many Thanks .

Very close to parks, restaurants and supermarkets. Yet lovely quiet spot in residential area. We really enjoyed watching the birds around the lake. The games room in the garage was very good. Communication with the owner was always speedy. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is much better than the photos. Would stay again!!

We have been taking holidays in Orlando for the past 20yrs and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Very clean and well maintained. Location is the stand out as 10 mins from Disney and the I4. Many restaurants and amenities incl Walmart only 2 mins away on the 192. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place too stay, very clean lovely pool, that the kids had great fun in, so close to Disney (15 mins away) and only a bit further to int drive, If you enjoy wildlife this place i great, the pool backs onto a lake with Lots of different birds and a gator. Would definetly book again

The villa was just as the pictures show, very comfortable and a home from home, it is only 10-15 min from Disney a bit longer for Malls and Universal but not that bad depending on traffic, the only downside was the cleaners had not checked under the beds, always a good sign of the cleaning service, tv in back master wasn’t good it had a split screen it was like wearing bifocals if I wore glasses but other than that our stay was good and would definitely book the villa again

Could not fault anything about this villa. Location is great, only 10 minutes to Disney and five to the nearest resteraunts and shops. Was nice to wake up overlooking the lake with the sun rising each morning. Actually saw a gator in the lake twice in the mornings and plenty of wildlife. Very spacious in the villa, all bedrooms a good size with the kitchen having plenty of , cutlery plates etc. Spacious Living room area with large TV. (Only fault, could not watch any Premier football on it! :) ) Very quiet and peaceful area.

The villa is beautiful- I dont feel the pictures do the villa justice! The bathrooms are lovely and spacious, the bedrooms are all well sized and the living area and kitchen are perfect. The villa is well equipped with tons of towels/bedding/Dishwasher/washer/dryer/clothes airer etc. A real home from home I would live here if I could! All things were available on request such as a high chair and travel cot for my daughter- there is also a pushchair and booster seat but we had our own. Really simple to book, the owners and management company were happy to help with any questions I had. The wildlife around the villa was amazing to watch and listen to. SO close to disney. We had the best time ever and would rebook here in a heartbeat. Thankyou

Excellent two week stay. Ideal location for theme parks but also Walmart and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great facilities in the property- The pool and games room were particularly ideal for our boys. comfortable furniture and beds and a well equipped kitchen.
