We were a party of 2 families, consisting of 4 adults, 2 children and an infant.
The property was quite sufficient to our needs with adequate space. It was helpful having a cot and highchair.
The property is well equipped with everything you need, although we had problems with the internet connection on several occasions and I think the dishwasher was out of order.
There is a cat at the house who is usually fed by a friend, we fed him while we were there. He was a bit pesky at times, but I believe they feed him away from the house usually in consideration of those who dont like cats.
Having your own transport is easier as the villa was not too close to the nice beaches or sights. The small beach close (5 mins walk) by was a bit rocky, not so good for kids, but fine for a dip.

rent a car is necessary, shops are not close to the villa but alikis village is perfect : restaurants and bars, minimarket, bakery, dive center... are available

We have just come back from a lovely holiday in Paros.  Tsoukalia beach house was an excellent choice for our party of 6 people (2 couples and 2 teenage sons). 
On the first day, when we were taken there, we thought it to be a bit out of the way and we were happy we had brought with us our 4X4 vehicle because the little road to reach the house (about 1 km) is unmade. However, the moment we saw the house we were rewarded for our choice.  It was immaculately clean with everything we would need (coffee, sugar, oil, butter etc) at hand.  We must mention here the very convenient drinking water dispenser next to the kitchen, and the barbecue outside which we used twice. There is a supermarket in the nearest village (Marpissa) which is about 15 min. by car from the house and a butcher that sells local meats next to the supermarket.
There was something for everyone to do in the house, the boys had their playstation with them and some dvds, (the huge 47" TV is fantastic)we took long afternoon walks and took in turns to ride on the available bicycle to the nearby beach for an early morning swim. In fact the house was so welcoming that we only went out 3 nights out of the 7 we stayed in Paros. Also the owners have a great taste in music and their collection of cds kept us entertained every evening.
Paros is a lovely island but the week we chose to go was the busiest of the year and it was crowded everywhere.  Wake up before 10 to go to any beach if you want to get some shade. If you arrive there before 11 then, you get a good place under an umbrella or a tree.  15 minutes later and you cant even find 50 cm to put your towel on the sand!!
Also during the whole week there was an ubelievable wind, and thats why we didnt use the beach which was nearest to the house. We went to Molos which was very close and also tried the famous beaches of the island (very protected by the wind) except golden beach.
I definitely reccomend this property to everybody but you will have to rent a car or bring your own and dont go there for the nightlife.  Its perfect for a group of friends who want to enjoy each others company and relax in a very luxurious and quiet setting. It immediately feels home away from home.

The photos on the web site did not do the villa justice especially the pool.  We were very well looked after.  The villa and pool was very clean and had everything that we needed.  Being able to sleep on the roof made the holiday even more fun for our teenagers.

The speedy and efficient on-line booking and  the friendly pick-up at the ferry set the tone for our week at the Villa Randiana. The house was clean and well-equipt. We loved buying fish from the boats in the harbour, lighting the BBQ, and sitting on the roof-top terrace watching the sun go down whilst we waited for the coals to heat.

Fab place, the pool was the clincher - children spent most of their time in the water. Worked well with the car - it was essential for the island. Could have done without the electrical problems and the leaky toilet, but this really wasnt an issue - fantastic place and setting, would rent again.

Really enjoyed the holiday.  Michael and Karen were very helpful and the villa is great.  It is much better than the photos suggest - spacious, clean, and great view over to Anti-Paros.  Air-conditioning is very effective in hot weather.  A great holiday

Excellent stay in Paros. The welcome, the accomodation itself and of course the weather, though I suspect you cannot influence this, made our week in Villa Radiana the best possible.
We will surely recommend the villa to friends for the near future and why not rent it again someday.

The pictures of this Villa do not do it justice.  We were overjoyed when we arrived.  Sitting on the front porch for breakfast while gazing at the Mediteranean Sea was a highlight of the visit.  Very quiet (except for the rooster that crows!). Very clean.  Our children LOVED the pool.  We were very please that the car rental was included.  Would recommend to ALL our friends.  We hope we can come back too!
