Really nice spacious apartment. Great location for bus and land train. Close to all amenities. Clean and tidy but ceiling fans seemed a bit wobbly. Plenty of other fans to use so lovely and cool. Couple of bulbs were not working but we managed. Overall excellent hols and very pleased.

Property was really great, exactly what we needed. Fairly small for 8 people (capacity), but we were 6 and it was fine. Kitchen pretty small and the fuse blew all the time, but it was funny rather than put a downer on anything. Lovely terrace upstairs and balcony. Very hot, but every room has a fan (or 2). Took us a while to find the dongle to access the shared pool, but it was only on the shelf...so persevere!
It was close to 2 nice pools and a few restaurants. The walk to the beach was pretty long in the heat (half hour there and much longer back due to horrific hill). there was a train...but we never seemed to catch it at the right time.
Bus to Alicante took about 40 minutes, but well worth a visit.
Overall very good value for money, lovely house and good for families, young people (we were 6 in our mid 20s) and retired groups too. If you can hire a car Id recommend it, but not essential...we didnt!

Absolutely stunning rooftop terrace view, small kitchen and TV, beach was about a 20 min walk and very nice.  Town has British supermarket, pubs and anything else one would need.  Crowded with 8 people but it wasn't too bad and Chris told us it would be ahead of time.  He was also really good at giving info on villa/area ahead of time.  Overall a nice holiday.

A pleasant property with all necessary equipment provided.  A sunny roof top terrace with a wonderful view over the sea towards Alicante.  We had a super week!

Property was in excellent condition and well maintained.  The owners encourage leaving old books, DVDs, CDs etc.  Obviously not the latest blockbusters but still useful.  In addition, there were several staple items, e.g. sugar, cleaning materials left for our use. We in turn left some items for the use of future guests.  As the weather was unusually cold they had visited earlier in the day and warmed the flat with a portable oil fired heater. 

The area has plenty of bars and restaurants, but there were not many other entertainment venues/attractions open, probably due to it being the end of January.

I would stay there again but not in the peak season, because I imagine that the area will be overcrowded.
