Apartment ok, few issues which we sorted ourselves, very disappointed with tv, we had 4 days viewing, then satellite box went down, also remote didn't work. Promised new box but never arrived, double bed very uncomfortable. It's a shame as we wanted somewhere for our months holiday each year in that area.

Very comfy, could do with some shelving in the bathroom for toothbrushes and deodorants etc, the kettle blew the electrics but mike quickly got us a replacement, we bought a frying pan which we left for future guests, over all a very pleasant stay we’ll be coming again

The apartment was comfortable and clean the double bed creaked a lot could do with something under the mattress we had a problem with the gas, the valve was faulty so we couldn’t cook for a couple of days, the maintenance man fixed it once he got a part, the tv can be a bit temperamental sometimes it just wouldn’t play, but over all a pleasant stay and would certainly stay again

Very quiet time in Pervolia; otherwise all went well, we had a good holiday!

The property was as depicted in the pictures.   It is easily accessable from the airport and the Freeways linking the whole island are a short drive away.

The Flat had everything needed, except for blankets on the beds in the spare room, we had a winter booking, and batteries in the aircon remote units, which we had to replace to get the heating going.

All in all a very good value for money in an area that was close to Larnaca, the Beach and had easy access to Airport and Highways.

The property was very well furnished, all beds were prepared which was an excellent bonus as we arrived at approx 1am.  It catered well for our family (2 adults and 3 children) with use of cd/radio/tv and dvd and also had a games console.
There was only 1 downside and that was that we went 'out of season' that being 1-15/04/07 and therefore the pool was not available.  Luckily we had hired a car for the entire duration and was able to travel the island and found some lovely beaches.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who would like to explore the island as it is an excellent base and having a lovely village within 10 mins walk where we were made extremely welcome by all the locals.

Apartment was very clean, and in great condition. 
The use of the communal pool was an added bonus, plus the A/C in each room was a real bonus given that it was 25-30c during our stay.

Location was fine, but a car rental would be required for such a location if any traveling was to be done, despite being only 10minutes from the airport. 

My 1 concern, not the owners fault were the neighbours. Flat 208, the immediate neighbour is a DJ, and his parties were extreme, noisy, and lasting until 6am on many occasions. 

The next flat along corridor (205), the people there were fighting, on on the evening of Sat 15th October, the night before we left, got themselves into a big fight and left blood all over the corridor, the elevator, the car court underneath, everywhere.

The sound of a disco pumping through the walls on one hand, and blood soaked fights on the other were not a good way to end any holiday.

The fighters at 205, were holiday makers so thats easy to sort, they'll leave soon. But, 208, were permanent and his parties were really a problem for anyone wanting any peace and quiet.
It would be worth the owner having a word, cause it would spoil a real quality accomodation base for Cyprus.

we were two familys in two apartments they were both very good apartments everythink you needed was on hand this was as great holiday and our children loved the pool.the complex was very clean and the village was a welcoming place to be we would certainly holiday here again

The apartment is located in the centre of Ayia Napa and you can go to the pups/clubs, beach by foot. It can fit 6 people and its a great value of money. I havent found anything cheaper than this so close to the centre. However, the directions werent that good, the apartment is located in a apartment building, theres no reception or house/apartment numbers and it was quite difficult to find it. The apartment it self had all cooking utilises that we needed, there is no double bed for couples but it has 3 regular beds, a sofa and a camp bed. Also we for the air-conditioning you pay extra (1 euro for 3 hours) it has 2 fans but they dont really do anything. The air-condition would have been better if it was located in a different spot - it is by the wall of the main entrance where the kitchen is and the air doesnt really reach the rest of the apartment and if you are going to cyprus in the summer theres not way you can afford the heat without air-condition. However as I said at the beginning it was cheap and they say you get what you pay for
