We were really impressed by this villa.  The description and photos were all accurate but in reality, it exceeded our expectations.  Although the villa is quite large, it still had a really homely feel and the living room and master bedroom were particularly impressive.  We especially enjoyed the pool which was lovely and warm, despite the temperature being 20 degrees F below the seasonal norm! We would certainly stay here again and recommend the villa to our friends.

its small, but well put together!
i was able to cook, make plunger coffee, it was a warm haven, the shower was good, the bed was amazingly comfortable.
the bus stop just around the corner, the supermakerket down at the marina was 5 min walk away.
its located a bit away from the lanes and the pier but the buses are so regular it barely made any difference.
i loved it, and ill stay there again and recommend to anyone who will listen!

The studio gave me everything I wanted being at Conference the whole week, it was a little bolt-hole!
Free parking outside very important for Brighton, with excellent bus links to the Centre.
Lidl around corner for essentials, ASDA in Marina only a couple of hundred yards away
I'm staying again in June for another week's Conference
Very little noise from upstairs, sound insulation was good.
Room ventilation might have to be looked at in a hot summer as couldn't open bottom sash very far, also a potential security issue at night.
Ironing board would be useful

Although smaller than it appeared in the photographs the studio was well designed to make best use of the space.We were comfortable and warm and had everything we needed.The toilet flush was rather inadequate so we left a note to inform the owner.The location was good and parking easy for Brighton. We would definitely book again

Being that this was the first time we had booked a villa on-line, we were nervous of the process.  But the experience from start to finish was both professional and carefree.  We will not hesitate to book again and recommend you to our friends. Thanks for making it so easy!

Thank you for delivering a truly beautiful home in which to spend our holidays.  We were two families sharing and this house was so spacious and lovely we didn't want to leave!!  There was a problem with the air-conditioning and after a call to the office, was sorted within the hour.  Thanks to Dominic for the directions to the local shops and Disney.  The in house book was a great source of info and we ordered our Parks tickets which were delivered to the house next morning as promised.  Wonderful service!!
