We stayed in this villa for 5 weeks. It is in a quiet road and water channel (no dogs barking). The cleaners (who were exceptional) came on alternate days, which worked out quite well as some cleaning packages take 4 - 5 hours. The standard of sheets can vary as they come from a laundry "bank" but on the whole sheets and towels were good quality. The villa could do with an awning to help shelter the patio from the frequent rain showers that blew in, otherwise a really nice patio and furniture for eating out and sun bathing. Nice big bed and modern en-suites. Wi-Fi worked well. HBK the agents sorted out a couple of teething problems and if we had any issues we often saw the repair chap driving around the site. We enjoyed our stay in Jolly Harbour and booked again for next year.

This was our second visit to this villa. It is ideally situated within easy reach of the beach,shops, golf course, marina and nearby restaurants. There is a lovely dock area at the back facing east so it receives the early morning sun. Although there is airconditioning if you open the patio doors and the front window there is a welcome cooling breeze from across the marina waters. We have already booked again.

The villa is in a great location with a large deck with lots of sun. The villa is newly painted and is clean and nicely decorated with local artwork and well equipped including a new BBQ. One of the nicest we have stayed at in Jolly Harbour and well recommended.

This property is well situated with beach and shops close-by although I would recommend hiring a 'buggy' for the duration of your stay. The only way to describe this property is tired, it needs to be redecorated, when we arrived the shower tray in the en-suite was cracked and the water was leaking through the light fitting into the lounge. The furniture is stained, the White paint is badly scuffed, there is no barbecue, when we arrived there was no 'handover' by the managing agent, no inventory and no information about dos and don't in the property.

It was a beautiful Villa, set in a lovely location. Wish I was there now!

We had a very enjoyable holiday. We haved stayed in this resort many times but found this villa nice and quiet whilst easily within reach of the superb beach, restaurants and other amenities. We particularly enjoyed the large deck area which was excellent for fishing. Certainly we would not hesitate to recomend this villa. Only thing missing was a barbeque.

We had a very good holiday. The Villa was fine but in need of TLC. Good location, and we would stay again, however we were a party of six and the sofa bed is pretty ropey. We did a fair bit of self catering, short of decent pans,mostly mismatched crockery and glasses.No can opener. The arrival info told us to check the inventory,there wasnt one. Called the office but never received one. We should have been checked in and out properly.Problem with upstairs wc never got resolved before we left.Give me a free week next time and I will give it a lick of paint.

Lovely villa, clean, tidy, great location. Outside space is amazing. If going at the height of the season advisable to book a golf buggy well in advance. We had a flight cancelled and the owner helped us to the best of his ability, really recommend! On site supermarket stocks everything you require, one of the best beaches (jolly beach) is the best we found....we would definitely go back!

First-class villa ! Outside space enhances this property. Convenient location! Disappointed not having the said BBQ but didnt spoil our holiday ! Will return to this villa again.

We as a family have stayed at Jolly Harbour 6 times, this has been the best villa that we have stayed in. Will book for next year.
