Property spacious if a little basic but in a good area for beach, town and buses. Balcony faces north and east therefore minimal sunshine.  One or two items could be improved, i.e. bedside lamps didn't work properly, toilet seats cheap and cheerful and not fixed safely.  Other than that an oven glove would have been useful plus spare set of bedlinen so that bedding could have been washed and dried during our three week stay. However it was not one of the more expensive rentals so good value for money.
