The website pictures do not do this villa justice, it's even more stunning in reality ! The views are amazing as is the property and the lovely large pool and gardens. The villa is well equipped and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. The walk into town is an easy 20 minutes stroll but would recommend a taxi back as the roads are quite steep, but this doesn't cost much. Yalikavak has loads of lovely restaurants and also supermarkets for buying supplies for the villa. The new Palmarina is very modern and upmarket with designer shops and restaurants which are much pricier than those in the centre of Yalikavak. From the centre of Yalikavak there are plenty of Dolmus buses which enables you to explore other places in the area if you don't have a car. Transfers from the airport were arranged for us and all worked perfectly. At the villa we were met by Otkay and Sengul who look after the property, they are very friendly and are on hand to help with anything you need. This villa is so secluded and peaceful yet near enough to everything you need. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend the villa and this area to anyone. Dave and Anne, Reading, U.K.

This is an excellent property. Its location is outstanding and has superb uninterrupted views of the marina, harbour and hills. It is as it looks in the pictures. The groundskeepers and his wife are very helpful and nice but keep a low key presence. Yalikavak is a great place with friendly bars and restaurants and shops. This villa and its location are worth every penny.

Quite simply the best Villa I have ever rented. The villa is well equipped and built to a good standard and the view over the valley to Yalikavak and the sea beyond was just amazing. The couple who look after the house, who actually live within the gardens were discreet enough not to disturb our party but were always on call in case we needed something. The actual home owner who I spoke to on a number of occasions, was very helpful when needed. I cannot recommend this villa enough. 10/10

We stayed in this villa last October, as the driver entered the drive way we were amazed at how beautiful this villa is.  It is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen.  I would advise renting a car as the walk back to the villa from nearest bars/restaurants is about 20mins and all uphill.  The views from the garden/pool are amazing and if you need any help/advise the caretakers live next door, they even gave us a lift into town a couple of times.  Very peaceful location and good for a get away from it all, although Yallivak centre is nearby and has a good choice of restaurants and bars but very low key.

The property was really excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. The views from any room are spectacular and it was such a pleasure just to sit outside to eat overlooking the bay just watching the ships coming and going. The gardener and his family are really nice and the only time we seen them was to tidy the villa or to bring us some home cooked treats. Everything you could possibly need is catered for at the villa and the location is close enough to be able to walk into the centre of yalikavak as long as you dont mind walking up/down the hills that are inescapable really. Over all I cant fault the villa the location or the service. I would definitely stay here again as we had such a pleasant time.

Beautiful spacious villa in wonderful setting overlooking the bay. Well looked after by helpful but unobstrusive couple maintaining the villa nearby. Close enough to walk into the town about 1/2 mile, though car recommended for steep hill back!  Quiet and peaceful setting with wonderful views overlooking friendly and attractive small town. Pictures do not do the villa justice, We were very happy to have chosen it.
