Had a lovely week at the villa. John the owner was great at getting back with any queries. Marianne and Gerard lovely couple next door at no 8, and a special thanks to Sue and Phil for all their help, a really lovely couple. Defiantly need a car, loads to do and see in the area, oh and a great pool round the corner, we had it ourselves most of the time. You won't be disappointed if you book this villa!

Benidorm 3 Bed Superior Villa.

A lovely villa, really well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location suited us really well - away from the noise of Benidorm but only a 15 minute drive to the beach and all amenities.  Access to a superb communal pool, just 30 yards from the front door and really quiet - we often had it to ourselves. Communication with owner was excellent and all information given in the advert was very accurate.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa to families and couples looking to have some peace and quiet but from a location which means that, with a car, you can be at any of the nearby towns and attractions within a short drive.

The property, its location and its facilities were just as advertised by the owner. Sufficient information and guidance notes were made available to quickly understand how to use the domestic equipment  and this made it easy to settle in to our holiday home. We hired a car as recommended and this provided us with the opportunity to travel either to the beaches along the coast or into the hills overlooking the Algar valley both are accessible within about twenty minutes. If you are looking for a good standard of accomodation within easy reach of a huge rangre of tourist/local attractions this could be the ideal property for your holiday.

Thanks to John for an excellent week in an excellent villa.  The directions to the villa were spot on, it is in a lovely quiet area, close to Benidorm but with lovely views of Altea and the mountains.

The villa is very well presented, it was very homely with a lot of personal touches.  There is also everything you can think of in the villa. I had packed a hot water bottle expecting chilly February nights, but there were already 4 there in the cupboard.  Also plenty of extra blankets.  

We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again, it was a lovely relaxing holiday.

What a lovely lovely villa, we all really loved it. So well equipped a real home from home, lovely and clean really cant fault it in anyway, the boys loved watching all the James Bond DVDs.Great for visting nearby Alber and Alter as well as Benidorm,Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura. I would highly recommend this villa you wont be disappointed.Thankyou John And Sharon, we well will be back!

excellent property with great views,
everything was as described,
20 minute drive to benidorm town so it was lovely and quiet at night.
Neighbours at no 5 were brilliant
pool was lovely and clean 
great Australian BBQ to cook on

To get to benidorm cheaply catch a bus at the bus stop outside la rambla at the bottom of the hill on the CV 70. it arrives at 5 past the hour ,cost us 4 euros for 2adults &amp; 2 Children, cost of a taxi is 15 euros, only downfall is you have to come back at about 10

On arrival at the villa I was totally amazed at the property it was exactly as described on the internet.  The directions given to get to the villa were absolutely spot on and easy to follow.  The views were absolutely stunning, the neighbours were very friendly.  There was 6 off us in total staying at the villa and we all had such a fantastic time we would all definately go back again.  I will recommend this villa to all our friends and family.  Hope to go visit again in the future.

The villa is more of a home than a holiday home. It is comfortable, beautifully presented and very well equipped even to the point of having a selection of wines available for use.
The very friendly and helpful neighbours, of which there are several, had even put some basic foods in the fridge for us.  
A superior accomodation indeed!
