The condo was nice. The electronics did not have good working remotes and the DVD player did not work at all. We still liked staying there over a hotel.

The smoke detector low battery indicator went off all night keeping people up most of the night.

The Condo was wonderful,  plenty of space, clean and well furnished.  The Clubhouse &amp; pool were fabulous, we had great days there, playing and relaxing.  Especially great for Kids.  Very easy drive to Disney and nearby shopping. Have already begun saving for our return next year.

We were at this property from Dec 2-9th, 2008. We had an AMAZING time!! Everything was clean, well kept, and ready to go for us. The staff was exceedingly helpful whenever we had a question. It was very close to the Disney parks and it was great to come home from a busy day and hit the heated pool. The slide was a major hit with our hubbies!! :) I will definately be using this condo for our future trips!! It was a fabulous rental at a great price! We love it!!

We had a very enjoyable 2-week stay at this property. Very convenient location: around the corner from US192, 10 minutes to WDW, 15 minutes to I4. Nearby Wal-Mart, Publix, Walgreens. Condo was clean, quiet, and all appliances worked fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels so we could take some to the pool - which, by the way, is heated and open until 10PM, great to relax after the parks. We faced some cold days (upper 30s), heating kept all rooms warm. Minor inconvenience were mattresses too soft for our taste not a major concern for us but could be a problem for people with bad backs. Will definetely recommend to friends going to the area. After exhausting days in the parks, it felt good to "go home" to "our" cozy condo. Thanks!

Had an excellent time during our three weeks in Florida.  

The Villa met all our needs.  Its very central for all Disney Parks. 5 minutes from door to door.  Lots of nice restaurants along the 192 which is at the end of the road.  

Bedrooms all well equipped and spacious.  The kitchen has all you need to make a simple snack or a three course meal if you have the energy.  

The pool at the Club House was a great way to relax, plenty of sun beds and a shop to buy ice cream to cool us down.

it was just a few minutes away from all of disney attractions and the gated community made us feel safe.
