Your Place To Stay

Twelve of us including four kids spent a week in the villa and loved it, we couldn’t get the kids out of the lovely pool (which was cleaned twice while we were there) Liads of pool toys and plenty of space for everyone. The beds were a wee bit uncomfortable but then again your own bed is always comfiest. Loads of equipment in the kitchen for cooking which we done a couple of evenings. The village was lovely and quiet apart from the cockerels 🐓  Buses into Costa Teguise and I also went to Arrecife and PDC by bus. Visited the market on Sunday and the local restaurant Los Aljibdes. The food was delicious and the brewed on site beer was dynamite! We all thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. Sharon was very helpful, Danny too and Manny the pool guy was great.

This was our second stay at this property and again, we were not disappointed! The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and is clean as well as well maintained. The owner is very friendly, helpful and pro-active in communication. It is excellent value but a car is a must though!

Lovely villa. Close to airport and Costa Teguise. Great outside and pool area. Surrounded by wall so a real Suntrap. Pool is great for kids and adults with various depths. Bedrooms are a great size and very comfy. Air conditioning in most rooms.
There is a bakers, cafe and sociedad with a small supermarket close by. Butchers is round the corner too. 15 minutes walk is a fantastic restaurant and brewery. Best food on Lanzarote and so friendly. We used taxis to get around, very reliable 10 euros to  Costa in an 8 seater. Same to Arecife. Did a day tour around the south and national park. Recommend this villa highly.

The Vila is much  more bigger that its as advertised. The room is very nice and has that home feeling. One of the room had double water bed , which was a bonus for us. also from that room (we called red room) you have very nice view of the mountain, especially in the morning.. children enjoy swimming pool as much as Jacuzzi. In the house we had everything that we need, we just bought washing powder. Plenty of towels to use, plenty space to park your cars. We really enjoyed staying in this house. . Only 10-15 minutes from airport. We found complimentary drink in the fridge and few thing to nibble, which was nice gesture.

Definitely recommend to anyone with the big group or families with children.

If you want real the real Majorcan Majorca, this is the place for you. Really, really nice two florr apartment. Clean, tidy, well presented property with prompt and helpful contact from the owner. Not for the party crowd of Magaluf, but so, so much better for the small town feel of Sineu. The Wednesday market is unmissable and with good restaurants and a lovely swimming pool complex only five minutes walk away, what else could you want? Easy train access to Palma, takes about 40 minutes, only costs about three Euros, stops right in the centre of wonderful Palma . We would gladly go back again.

Positive:- Good size apartment with plenty of parking.
The apartment was in good condition.
Plenty of bathrooms.
We were allowed to enter the apartment at 10:00hrs as there were no previous guests.

Room for improvement:- The apartment was poorly prepared and presented by the key holder, in particular the kitchen and utensils were dirty, the seating in the lounge grubby and we had only 2 towels between 4 people.

There was a nice area round the pool although no sunbeds.

There is a balcony although no table and chairs.

Very well equiped...Quiet in a nice village quite in the center of mallorca. We will return there !!!

the property is very big and clean.the area was lovley.locals very firendly and welcome.and if you like history and historical old places then this is the place for you.
there is a large market on a wednesday which is excellent for buying lots of local goods.you would need a car as it is in the middle of the island,which gives you the perfect hoilday as you can visit different parts of marjorca at your own lesiure.it only takes 25 minutes to get to any coastal area.
would difiniely recommend this lovely property and its surroundings.

The property was a lovely size, clean and welcoming. The weather was lovely, and would recommend it to family, friends or anyone. Had a warm welcome and would defiantly go again.

Very nice villa, well kept and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay.
