hucks villa is a great holiday home, The property is situated in a very nice, friendly community its just a few minutes walk to the swimming pool , it is well kitted out with everything needed for a very comfortable stay .  Sandra is very friendly and easy to contact if any problems. we had a great stay at this villa and would definately use again if in the area! Lots of wildlife to be seen as well couldnt fault the villa in any way , great value for money thanks again Sandra.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. 
We love Vista Del Lago and Kissimmee so this location was ideal for us.
Ramp to the front door is an excellent feature as it makes the property accessible.
This is a home from home and all your needs are catered for inc free WiFi, DVDs, Books - Sandra left us drinks in the fridge which was very welcome after a long journey.
Sandra contacted me personally which was excellent customer service - I felt like I was renting from a friend :-)
Just one request - new toilet seat in the master bathroom - I dont like wood -)

we have stayed in some nice villas at Vista but this one has been the best. The villa was furnished to a high standard and everything we needed was available.
We had a great time, Sandra was very helpful with all our questions.

we arrived in orlando on the 21st july-4th aug to stay in sandra and jeffs villa this was our second trip to orlando and i taught the house we stayed last year was great till we arrived at sandra and jeffs there was nothing that we needed that wasnt there(including a nice cold bottle of wine )which was drank thanks,  the kids had an absolute ball loved the games room and the pool,the area is great not too far from the parks/shops and plenty of great places to eat it was a pleasure to stay in i would definitely recommend this property and would book again if returning.thanks sandra and jeff for your hospitality

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic villa in this safe gated community.
It was lovely and clean, a large, comfortable &amp; very well equipped villa situated in well kept grounds, lovely clubhouse and 3 lovely pools.

The villa was like a home from home and ideally positioned off the 192 for Disney and the I4 motorway.

We spent every other day at a major park with a rest day “in-between”, but with all the malls and shopping it did not end up been very restful, we did manage to get to the pool  a few times to rest our aching legs.

We wished we had booked for 3 weeks, we will next time.
We will certainly recommend your villa to family and friends.

Recently returned from Florida having stayed at Hucks Vista ( Aug 2007). Property is excellent with many outstanding features. Situated very close to pool. Brilliant resort area with lots of space and amenities. Mix of residential and vacation properties, but everyone is very friendly. Also close to 192 and esy access to Disney, Kissimmee and Clermont/Davenport. Also close to shopping areas and range of different restaurants. Gives you to chance to get to all the parks and attractions or simply the chance to 'chill out'. Excellent value - would recommend this property to anyone thinking of going to Florida.

We thought the property was wonderful and had an excellent stay. The facilities were brilliant and the complex lovely and quiet. We had a realaxing break. We have two small suggestions. One key between six was hard especially as it was needed to enter the complex. We were slightly confused about leaving as it said on our key instructions it didn't have to be back until two and we couldn't see any other details on the booking letter I received by e-mail. Neither of these had any major impact on our holiday and we would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday.
