Good overall facilities. Clean and quiet easy to find and good parking space.

Our family (parents and seven-year-old twins) stayed in the large ground floor apartment for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment was large, beautiful, clean, quiet and always cool even on hot days, with huge windows overlooking the green hills. Our sons loved the swimming pools and water slides at the water park just across the fields, and walking and driving to nearby castles. The owner Sylvia was very friendly and helpful. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances familiales, idéal pour les enfants. Séjour dans une location très agréable, très propre et bien décorée. Laccueil par la propriétaire est très chaleureux. La propriétaire habite tout près de cette location, ce qui est fort appréciable et rassurant. De nombreuses activités sur le site (la piscine en proximité est géniale, pour les petits et les grands, mais un peu chère le dimanche!) et en-dehors (beaucoup de choses à visiter et dattractions). A smaller and cheaper apartment, on the first floor, has been offered to us because we were only 2 people: the very best accommodation of our Italian summer holiday! Before booking, I remember I told Silvia the purpose of our holiday: the celebration of our special Wedding Anniversary. Well, we arrived to find home made apple pie, which was still warm, with a bottle of wine. What a lovely surprise! Silvia is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made us feel like we could ask for anything to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment was nice, extremely clean and tidy. It had only 1 bedroom, big enough and with a king size bed. There was a balcony useful to dry cloths: there was no washing machine in the property but in the village we found a laudrette. The garden is really nice but our favorite place was the gazebo where you can enjoy the wonderful landscape, watch the sunset and drink a glass of wine looking out over the hills. Spot on! The neighbours were all friendly, happy to have a chat. The setting of the house is great. The house is on a main road so it’s easy to reach the village and the supermarkets (5 minutes drive) but, at the same time, you can walk down in Tabiano to find a grocery or a bakery (fresh fabulous bread on Sundays!) as well. Whether you want to visit towns and villages, seaside or mountains, beautiful countryside or fantastic castles, you are never very far away from the kind of day you want. Yes a car is good for exploring further a field and the area but, sometimes, forgive it. Right on the doorstep, you can leave the main road and found glorious walks through out the countryside. Silvia is always willing to suggest places to find & give good guidance so you find them. We enjoyed wonderful walks to Tabiano Castello and Castello di Bargone! There are numerous Trattoria, pizzeria and restaurants, within a short drive, where the meals are generous, delicious and by no means overpriced. If you dont feel like driving, there is a lovely trattoria, 10 minutes walk away, which is also very friendly and serves nice food. If you have half as good time as we have had there youll have had a cracking holiday. I cant imagine anywhere more enjoyable in the surroundings to spend time than this property. A minor detail is that the road along the house, where the frontdoor is, can be busy in the afternoon. The city of Salsomaggiore Terme is nice and is very close to the appartment. We (two adults and two children) stayed in this apartment (the largest of the 4) on the ground floor, for the first week of July. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom with the view of the countryside and the two girls in the other big bedrooms (there were 3 beds). The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. The kitchen appliances made our breakfasts and meals very easy. There is no cable TV (only Italian channels and 1 French), but no matters, when on holiday you don’t watch television. Anyway, a DVD player is available. Upon arrival, the owner provided us with all the information that we requested about the apartment, the restaurants and about the sightseeing. Car parking so close is well appreciated. There were no hidden extras or taxes just what was agreed with the owner at the time of booking. Our stay was very comfortable and we would recommend it also for the location. L.Roarkesee - Denmark

We spent a wonderful week in Casa Bruna and our 2 children had a very good time too. Silvia is very welcoming, the house is perfectly clean and very spacious. The view from the garden is a real marvel, specially in the evening light. The little barbecue works incredibly well, the place is vey quiet and it's a pleasure to hear the millions of crickets at night. Le location is ideal to visit lovely cities around, and kids can enjoy the great swimming-pool complex ( Colline d'aqua) next door. The bar in the camping premisses is also very friendly, and the pizza in Tabiano is "buonissima" (Silvia will tell you which one).
You must have a car.
We 'll remember this place a long time and would be ready to go back there as soon as possible. Thank you again Silvia.
