A truly great property in lovely location.  The morning sun rising from behind the hill across the bay opposite will take your breath away. Very comfortable accommodation with all the facilities available and working as they should. Youghal is in a good place to base yourself to explore both the local area and further afield. The town itself has great history to explore and all the shops you might want from large supermarkets to the small individual traders selling local crafts and gifts but not to touristy as you find with the English sea side towns. No end of good eating with friendly local hospitality. We will certainly be going back to Ireland wanting to explore much more of the  Island and its people. Many fishing villages and quiet beaches but head in land and see the mountains and all they have to offer. We have had two weeks of restful, issue free exploring and was truly sad to leave.

Probably the best apartment views in the complex.
Beautiful, comfortable apartment with stunning views and spacious balcony. 
Lovely place to watch the boats and seabirds.  
Any queries were promptly sorted by text with owner.

Great place to stay with fantastic views over the harbour. Clean, comfortable and home from home. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Wonderful hospitality from Katie, the owner.  Fabulous food from Aherne's fish restaurant into the town.  In all, a fantastic stay - we left with heavy hearts...but will be back! Thank you!

The property is very nice and very clean. The view is good with one side looking out over the quay to the lighthouse and sea, the other looks up the River Blackwater. The apartment is lovely and has all the facilities you need for your holiday. Youghal itself has plenty of amenities and the property is just a couple of minutes walk from the main street. Yes the stairs are a bit of an issue, especially when you need to carry up your luggage and shopping. I have stayed in Harveys Waterfront a few times and would return again but would book a lower floor apartment. If you are OK going up 48 stairs then this is a superb apartment and an be recommended.

Lovely apartment with welcoming flowers. Beautiful view over the harbour. Very clean and comfortable.
Maybe rectify loose kitchen tap and en-suite WC handle.
Not much to find wrong at all.

This property is in a wonderful location, the views are fantastic.  We stayed for two weeks and never tired of watcing the harbour and its environs.  The appartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious and did not disappoint in any respect.  We soon got used to walking up all the stairs and felt a lot fitter by the end of the holiday!!

It was brilliant,spacious clean with every neccessary appliance.Fantastic views from the fourth floor,there is no lift so would obviously not be suitable for persons unable to climb stairs but otherwise this appartment was excellent value for money.The security gates gave an extra sense of safety for our vehicle.

From the moment we arrived in Youghal we felt that we were on holiday. We picked up the keys for the apartment at Aherns Resturant where we were met by a very friendly staff who gave us lots of useful information. When we arrived at the apartment we knew that we had picked the right place. It was imaculately presented and had everything you would need in your home. The location was so quiet and peaceful yet you are only a few moments walk from the centre of town whick has some great bars, resturants and shops. The views from the apartment are breath taking and for a family who loves being by the water we could not have picked a better place. Youghal is the perfect place if you want to do some sightseeing around the South of Ireland. We would definately go back to the Penthouse Apartment and will be recommending it to all our friends.

Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room too. The balcony overlooking the river, sea and harbour was wonderful - although we did have particularly good weather during our stay. Youghal itself was very nice, especially the 5-mile beach when the tide was out. Were already wondering when we can get back again for another visit.
