Disney Holiday Villa only 15mins drive from Walt Disney World

The villa was fine and we enjoyed the break. 
The pool was warm and was fine to use. 
The waste disposal unit under the sink has a slight leak; a bowl under the sink has been placed to catch the water.
For people like us that have long lets and do some cooking rather than going out every night found the pans were in need of upgrading.
I wonder if you will be able to do anything about the neighbour to the left of your villa when sitting around the pool, about the dog being paraded out and fouling on the grass adjacent to the your pool area, unfortunately nobody removed the mess.

Very good stay, property and area extremely convenient. Could not over emphasise communication with owner - it was excellent. We have been in similar business in Spain and we always prided ourselves on the importance of communication - this was very good. We had one problem with the internet - I must say not the owners problem as kit does break! The important thing is the speed of reaction to the problem and I must say it was A1. 
A lovely touch I thought was the Disney themed duvet covers for the kids they loved them.
The villa was also extremely competitively priced.

We were two families and visited Disney during Christmas week. The house was perfect, it was very clean and had all the essentials to start us off. It was only 15 to 20 mins drive to all the parks and there were a lot of stores and resturants close by. We did a lot of cooking and the house provided us with tons of cooking utensils and cutlery. The renting cost of this house is almost 30% less than the properties that we researched. The pool was heated and ready to use. From the time we booked, Susan was very thorough in providing all the information necessary. We had a wonderful, stress free vacation and I definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Disney.

We only take away good memories of our November 2013 stay in Orlando.  The vacation villa was well situated in a nice, neat neighborhood with easy access to the highway, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and a twenty minute drive from most of the Disney parks.  The villa was well appointed and clean.  Communication with the owner was excellent, and she went "the extra mile" for us in ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.  Once the booking was made, clear instructions were provided as well as much useful information about the area. There is an attentive management company available to answer any questions or to provide assistance.  We were a party of five adults everyone was happy with the accommodations.  We were comfortable there and would return without hesitation.  Recommend.
