Property is in a good location close to the marina, in a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of outside space for sun bathing and dining, with the added bonus of the pool. It had all the amenities you could need and off road parking for one vehicle. Tony, the manager met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative.

Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this property.

This pleasant villa is in a nice location, but unfortunately it is extremely 'tired'. We were stayed there in April and the house was damp and smelly. The furnishings are old-fashioned and not very clean (in fact the lounge carpet was positively filthy and the sofas also dirty and worn), the kitchen utensils, cups and plates are a mish-mash, the very old oven does not work properly and there is no dishwasher. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

The villa exceeded our expectations, everything you need is provided even the inflatables for the pool.  The pool is the main feature of the villa and deep enough to dive in - my two children (7 and 8 years) finally mastered diving on this holiday.  Tony, the villa manager was very helpful and the welcoming pack was much appreciated - especially the wine!  The villa was so great that we spent most of our days there - long lazy lunches under the shade of the bougainvillea, sunset swims in the pool and gecko spotting in the evening.  Already planning a return visit.

I have just come back from a lovely stay at Casa Katrina.  Dave the owner was always very quick to respond to any questions I had whilst booking the villa and Tony the villa manager was very helpful on arrival, he then left us to it for the week but was only a call away if we needed him.  The villa and pool were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.  A small shop was only a 5 minute walk away which was great for essentials ie bread, milk. The marina and beach was also only a 5 minute taxi drive away (usually around €10 for a 6 seater).  Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Katrina and would definitely return again.

Lovely family villa, great location close to the marina (20 mins walk) with local restaurants and bars. The villa is in an area perfect for golf, we played the Oceanico courses which would highly recommend. Excellent area for BBQ and outside eating next to a super pool. The aircon in the bedrooms was a must as temp was high 30's in July and made evenings comfortable. Very clean villa, Thank you to Dave (owner) and Tony (manager) for making our holiday a time to remember.
We would highly recommend this villa and will hopefully return again

This is an excellent well kept villa and pool. The pool is a real selling point for this villa as it is large and well maintained. One recommendation I would make is to install a dishwasher but other wise the villa is very well equipped. The area is very quiet with no disturbance and within easy distance to Villamoura and all its facilities. The TV provides most English channels to amuse holidaying teenagers when they are not out and about. Overall excellent property and would definitely recommend and revisit.

Firstly the directions to the villa are first class , once we had found our way out of the maze of Faro airport/ car rental carpark. Lots of metal fences and mini roundabouts had us going for a minute!
Tony was at the villa waiting for us and his welcome was very good.  We really appreciated the welcome goodies and we soon had the kettle on and the family were in the pool prompto!
The villa itself is fabulous and very desirable I must say ! You are very lucky to own it!  The layout of the villa really suited our needs and the furniture, pots pans etc very good.  Could do with a sieve  for straining rice, the colanders holes are too big for rice.
One thing though ... some of the pillows are on the steep and hard side.
 The toys were a real boon and thank you for supplying them, our granddaughter really had fun with them and we were all grateful for the lilo in the pool and the bucket and spade for the beach.
We would certainly recommend your villa to a friend.
It was good value for money it met our expectations, if not exceeded them  it was accurate in description and Tony did look after us. So out of 10 I would give you 9  ( you could have had 10 if the pillows had been comfy). 
I really appreciate the way I could email you and for your prompt answers to any requests and meeting them. 
  
Many thanks  again we all had a fantastic holiday and everyone wanted to stay there and not go home!

Excellent help and information from Dave the owner prior to our visit.  
The transfers and a welcome pack was organised for us so we had no need to worry about having to go shopping on arrival.
The Villa was just what we needed for rest and relaxation, very clean, lovely pool, plenty of room with everthing you need, no need to pack anything but a few clothes. The Villa was in a peaceful and quiet residential area with shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The Marina a bit further but a nice 20 mins stroll or 5 minute on the bus or taxi.
Local people were very friendly and helpful. 
This was our first visit to the Algarve and I am sure we will visit again.
