We stayed at this villa sept 2017. We found the villa very clean and well equipped  water  bowser was really good and swimming pool was high  the lady who we  phoned was very helpful and for that  we are very great full for the only downfall for us was the location it was to far out from Calis beach we  used the host taxi a few times don't get me wrong it was very peaceful were we was but I have. Parkinson's and can't walk far it was 25 minutes to delmush bus station because my husband walked it one day  it was like a Turkish villa   But would not book this villa again because of location but if walking is not a problem for you then no problem

Property was fine as a base for us , didn't use the Cooker as wasn't cooking ! 
The place could do with modernising and some female touch to make it more welcoming. 
Shower upstairs  is great as long you put the immersion Heater on in plenty of time for Warm water. 
Pool was fab &amp; unless you use taxis , best thing is to hire bikes Iike we did . 
Would stay here again .

We had an excellent stay. A big pool which was not overly busy so we could relax as desired. The agent for the owners were very accomodating, borrowing us a stroller the whole time and offering to help us with anything we needed, like ordering a taxi (which saved about half the price). The compound is quiet which makes it very relaxing. Like others said, probably recommend car hire unless you will be at the beach/pool all the time and then just take taxi when you need it. We had a bike which made getting out much easier.

This was our first time renting a house in a foreign country... and our 4th visit to Jamaica... we usually do the hotel/all inclusive deals.  But this was a fantastic vacation and this villa was more than we could have asked for.

the setting was great... the locals were wonderful and the property was so beautiful and quiet... with only a short trip to the beach every day... we  loved the beach area but also couldn't wait to get back to our oasis from the hectic beach area.  The villa was so clean and so well put together with lots of room for 5 of us to live together for week... we wish we could get back there sooner than later.  The property managers were amazing and so helpful... we just loved Ms. Isobella and Mr. Jackson... they helped  so much to make this a memorable vacation for our family!!

I would recommend this property to everyone... especially for the people who want to feel a part of the Island... Negril is a great place to be... and I would go back to this villa in a second if I could.

Please let everyone know how wonderful this villa is... and hopefully it will be available to us again in our future.

Myvillarenters was also good to work with... they were more than we expected and will use this company again in the near future to book another exciting trip!!

We travelled to Calis and stayed at this villa at the end of March to see the total eclipse. The villa was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. This area of Turkey is great if your planning to get out and see the sights, would advise getting a car.

We all had a fantastic Holiday, The villa and resort was suitable for us all.  The local people were really friendly, the taxi boat from Calis to Fethyie was an excellent way to see the area and very cheap. Beaches were not over packed, look out for the bean bag instead of the traditional sunbeds. Plenty of shops bars and restraunts to suit all.  Villa was in a great location away from the hustle and bustle, but easily accesible when needed. A nice walk in along the beach and promenade or a taxi for 10 Lira.  Pool at villa was fantastic, perfect for your morning swim, or for a splash about too cool down.  Found the information folder in the villa handy for local tips, Plenty of tv channels to choose from , if you do want to watch TV, music and the film channel was the most popular with our group. When it got to hot in the sfternoon we used to escape back to the villa where the playstaion came in handy there was a playstation,   Car hire a good idaa as there is so much to see and do, we will be going back next year to see what we did not manage to see this year.  Fethyie market great for bargains. Turkey is a wonderfull place, the people are so friendly.  Well worth a visit.

We were on Holiday in September 2013.  The Villa is in a nice location, very quiet despite huge pool. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and there are a few shops close to the Villa. There are many restaurants on the beach and a couple of restaurants in Hotels as well. 
No need to hire a car, we used the agents driver service to go everywhere apart from the beach.

I stayed in the Villa in the summer of 2004 and enjoyed it immensely, the villa was very clean and spacious, right by the pool and just a short walk from the beach and various restaurants.  There were 3 of us staying there and we were looked after very well by the reps, who made many suggestions on places to go and made sure everything was running smoothly.  We ended up going on day trips to Oludeniz which was amazing and very beautiful, and also to Hisaruno for an evening out.  I would definitely stay again, have been recommending to all of my friends.  It's perfect for a chilled out sunny holiday!

We stayed at this villa in Oct '03. everything about the accomodation and the area exceeded our expectations. Have already recommended to our friends and hope to revisit this year. I highly recommend visiting Olu Deniz beach and a trip to the turkish baths.
