The property has the best outlook you could ask for, the view is tremendous, and it is on the quieter side of town but only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. This suited our party 100%.
We had a few problems during our stay, some were sorted out quickly by the management company the others have since been dealt with by Brita herself.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at no 3 Ocean View.  The villa was spacious and well equipped so did not disappoint on any level.  Everything you might need is a short walk away as described.  Both the owner and lsdy who mange’s were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries or issues !

No.3 Ocean View is a delightful property with a superb view - perfect for our recent family holiday which consisted of six of us ranging from 80 to 3 years old. Spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely decor, superbly equipped, comfy beds, silent efficient air conditioning. Very much a home rather than a bland holiday let - we were all sad to leave.

This is a gem of a property in a very attractive town. Spacious, well equipped and perfect for a comfortable holiday. The view is as good as it looks, easy access to the beach across what was a very quiet road during our stay.
Jane Bennett gave us a very friendly welcome even though it was nearly 10.00pm when we arrived, nothing seemed to be much trouble and it was clear she wanted us to have great holiday. Thank you.

So nice to come back to such a lovely spacious and well equipped villa, and for longer this time.
The new outside furniture is great and we had every meal at that table.  The new canopy was excellent for lunch time shade.  Both really good improvements.
It would be good to have a brighter light in the garage as it would make loading the cars so much easier.
I realize that it is a personal thing, but we found that the mattress on the double bed was very soft and sagging.
We had beautiful weather the whole time and memories of watching the sunrise whilst having our breakfast outside will help us through the grey mornings of our English winter.
We hope to return!

This is our fourth time returning to Britas villa and we love it more and more each time, it is the perfect place for us and has eveything we want from a holiday. Brita is always on hand to answer and questions and is always so accommodating. She takes a lot of pride in her villa and wants her guests to be happy and comfortable. Jane and Dave who look after the villa are also so very helpful and always deal with any queries very promptly. Lovely lovely place

we had one week at this property and left feeling totally relaxed. The villa is in an ideal spot for a nice stroll to Luz village and is on the flat.

In the garden you overlook the ocean and get a get sea breeze. The bedrooms are large and the air con works a treat. Ample room for 6 adults.
