Our two weeks at villa Aysun where lovely. The villa was well equipped for cooking and it was great to has have a big water cooler. 
The pool was spotless and great for cooling off as it hit 38degrees a couple of days. We has some lovely meal up in the village and it was fun to have the PIEMAN call in the mornings with fresh pies which where lovely for lunch.
WE would recommend the villa if you want a peaceful holiday with good restaurants near by.

First time in Turkey for our family and everything was as advertised. We were collected from the airport by the driver and taken straight to the nice big, clean, modern villa...about an hours drive. We were met there by Metin, the local representative, who was friendly, but didn't show us around or how anything worked, which was no big deal as everything was straight forward anyway .He's on call pretty much all the time and always answers the phone or calls straight back to help with any questions you may have. A/c is great in the bedrooms, small but good selection of English language tv channels (push the tv button on the remote and go past zero to the AV channel, if nothing, check the satellite feed in the back as its loose) and the pool was a luxury which we spent plenty of time in. Uzumlu is a lovely rural village with plenty of friendly locals and expats. The walk up to the centre of the village is a bit of a challenge at first (especially when you don't know the way), but ask anyone and they will point you in the right direction.  You can get everything you need in the local shops and there's even an ATM. As its uphill and about a 15 minute walk, we found it more pleasant to go early evening when the sun starts to set and its a lot cooler. You will need to use the torch function on your phone on the way back though as the sun goes down quickly and street lights are sparse. There is also a brochure in the living room for a company called Tiny Akropolis. They arrange tours, sight seeing, transfers etc. They were very good and we often used them to travel into Fethiye. They collect and drop you to your doorstep and they have modern air conditioned vehicles. Uzumlu is a great place to stay surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hot spots. Would recommend if your looking for a quieter, more relaxing break.

I can not praise this villa/accommodation enough, fantastic base to explore vast tract of Turkey giving you a lovely relaxing location to return to of an evening. We found Turkey to be a truly beautiful country steeped in history and tradition which readily welcomes travellers.The accommodation is well laid out and family friendly, with a lovely cold pool for when the 100+temp gets to hot, with air con for those hot, humid nights. The local village is warm and welcoming with the Local people being friendly and welcoming, we always found them happy to help with a smile, a few words of Turkish can go a long way and shows you are keen to try and learn. The mountain views from the villa are truly stunning and no matter what time of day or evening they are very scenic. Lots to do in the surrounding area makes this an excellent base for active based holidays or as a complete unwind for those seeking more tranquil settings. This is our second booking and we will gladly return again and highly recommend this villa.

We landed at Dalaman Airport at around 3am and the transfer driver was waiting for us, he was very friendly and helpful. When we got to the villa it was nice and clean. The villa was as advertised. We met the Management Agent the next day and she was very helpful and answered all our questions. The area is nice and quiet, which we wanted. There is a local shop and a cafe/bar about 5 minutes walk away from the villa. On the way back the transfer driver turned up on time and was again very helpful and friendly.
The owner always replied to our queries before we went ASAP. Excellent service and would use again!

Fantastic choice and cannot recommend this villa highly enough. 
Prior to travel all our questions were answered by the owner very promptly and any queries we had were soon dealt with in a very friendly manner. This made us realise we had made the right choice 3months before we even travelled.
All transfers we arranged for us and it couldnt off been easier. We got off the plane ( late ) and our driver was outside waiting in a comfortable , air conditoned taxi with a friendly smile and the keys to the villa - it was 3am !!! The journey took no more than 35minutes.
The management team who look after the villa whilst in Calis were very good and were only a phone call away. The were more than happy to answer any questions and arranged a supermarket trip so we could stock up on essentials in bulk for the duration of the holiday. They were  there if we needed them for anything - which we didnt.
The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you could ever need  - right down to pool/beach towels which can soon fill your suitcases up if you need to take your own. All furniture was comfortable and plentiful and the living space was extremely clean and spacious.
The outside area was brilliant with an area to eat al fresco and a bbq area. The pool was brilliant which was cleaned every day with more than enough sunbeds and parasols. There is even two large swing chairs which were again very comfortable.
The area around the villa is quiet and secluded even though your in a village type area surrounded by other villas which are a mix of rentals and older locals. Two shops within 5 minute walk and a smaller beach front is 10 mins walk with several restaurants and refreshment areas.
A 5 min taxi ride ( £7 return ) takes you to the main Calis Beach. Press a button on a lampost outside the villa and a taxi arrives within 2 minutes. The front is a buzz of restaurants and bars with the most amazing atmosphere and thats without even mentioning the sunset , wow . Everyone is so friendly and the mix of tourists and locals is great. 
It reminded us of Turkey before the main resorts got overcrowded and to far away from traditional Turkey- The area is an absolute gem just as olu deniz used to be 10yrs ago.
I cannot praise this villa and experience highly enough and had we not been going on a large family holiday next year then we would of booked this villa again the minute we returned home.

Villa Aysun was lovely!..airy, ( great air-con!),spotless and roomy enough for us and our four daughters.We arrived to a well stocked fridge with milk, lovely fresh bread, eggs, jam, tea, coffe, sugar and water which we were not expecting.The pool had stunning views and was just what we had hoped for...it was cleaned and topped up before we woke every morning and the grounds were swept and tidied daily too.villa Aysun was perfect for all of us from my youngest who is 3 to my 17 year old.there are bars and restaurants in the village which is a short walk away and for more hustle and bustle, Fethiye is a straight road.. Around 20 minutes max. We made several trips to the beautiful white sandy beach at Patara with its shallow but wavy clear water which was well worth the 45 minute drive... The road is new,flat and well signposted and really very straightforward with lots of drink/ petrol stops along the way. I must mention the car hire.. Orange Rentals were cheap and fantastic and they collected and returned us to the airport as well as hiring us a vehicle. Metin was the representative from the management company and he was superb... He met us on arrival at 3am and unhurriedly and cheerfully made sure we were comfortable before he left despite the unsociable hour and was a phonecall away throughout our stay and ALWAYS answered!lastly, I just wanted to say that the team behind our holiday were faultless! Clickstay were so helpful and pleasant ( and competent!!) and the owners of the villa had made every effort to make sure our holiday was fantastic. We are looking to book for next year! Thank you!! 😊

Fantastic villa.  I would have used transfer supplied by you but misunderstood cost, it is much more reasonable than I thought, would definitely book transfers through you next time.  Area is quiet and it is a bus or taxi ride to a supermarket but that is organised for you if you want.  We had a wonderful time and wished we had booked for 2 weeks and not just the 1. Would recommend to all.

Excellent villa perfect for a family. Quite location close to beaches and Fethiye town. Brilliant management team who are at hand for any questions quiries etc. No hidden charges for cleaning air con use etc. I would definitely use again. Good communication from owner with prompt replies.

Stayed in this villa for the 4th time and definitely be returning next year, if I could live there I would. The staff have changed since my last visit but this time round they were amazing and did as much as they possibly could to ensure that we had an amazing holiday!

This is our third visit to Villa Katife, and were already planning our fourth! The villa is fantastic - weve been as a couple and also this time as a family of 6 including our four year old. Everyone had a fantastic time. The villa is large, spacious and has all the mod cons. The bedrooms have brilliant air-con and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is great and was serviced every morning before we even got up. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk from the local beach - which is quite yet still with a few restaurants and sun beds on the sand. Then a few minutes drive or taxi/dolmus is Calis Beach with shops, bars, restaurants and the main beach. Fethiye market on a Tuesday is a must. All in all a fantastic holiday - cant wait to go back next year.
