My name is John Andersen (Originally from upstate NY) and I am married to Maria (Originally from Ecuador) and we have a wonderful son Stephano. I have been a restaurant and/or a bakery owner in downtown Sarasota since 1994. We utilize this special property as accommodations for winemakers that are visiting the Sarasota area. The remainder of the time, we either rent it out to vacationers or allow family and friends to stay their when visiting the area.
