Very cosy, comfortable and bright place near the beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet with many restaurants walks away from he house. I would recommend Mario's apartment to everyone that enjoys quiet time by the beach, good food and Cypriot hospitality.

It was just wonderful !!! The location is amazing, a few steps from the apartment and you will be anywhere you want: the beach (beautiful shallow and almost without waves - best for children) promenade, playgrounds, restaurants on the sea and the marina. The apartment is stunning, beautifully maintained and clean (it is measured in the smallest details like a wonderful smell of laundry in any textile item in the apartment). Mario is a professional and wonderful person, this combination makes the stay pleasant and safe. Go for it without hesitation!

The apartment it’s perfect located near the old zone of Limassol. Clean, spacious ( we were in 5 people ), modern. Easy to park the car, we found places all over the building. The host is great, very nice and always helpfull.

FANTASTIC apartment, perfectly situated just minutes away from the newly remodeled downtown marina, which boasts some AMAZING restaurants; and, directly adjacent to the beach. The apartment is small, but stylish and very well appointed. I am so glad that I chose to spend my 5-days in Limassol here!!!

Modern apartment with all that you need,near the sea, old city and Limassol Marina. Many shops, restaurants and supermarkets around. Everything is clean, new and stylish. Mario is great and helpful host, available 24/7.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Mario's - the size was perfect for us, it was really clean, well-located, and Mario was great for being in touch before and during our stay. There was also free parking right outside the block. The kitchen was really well stocked with equipment, and it was really handy to have beach towels as well as the washing facilities available. We also discovered a really great cafe nearby -Bakery Kafeneio, which was away from the touristy areas and did super delicious food.

Wonderful apartment! Rested with a small child. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything necessary! The location is very good, across the road the sea and a wonderful promenade, good walks are provided, if you and the children, there are playgrounds, cafes, shops, very near Limassol Marina, where you are a wonderful meal and take a walk! The hosts are very hospitable and instantly respond to all messages! Be sure to come back here.
