About Josh & Sukey Josh and Sukey are parents to Marisa and Leon, we are a family that are based in the UK and have always been drawn to Turkey especially Dalyan. After a long search and debating on whether to own a villa, we finally made the decision to purchase Villa Huzur after meeting the previous owners. We'd seen the love and attention they had taken in furnishing the property and listened to stories of their visits with their children over the years. We look forward to spending time in our villa making many more happy memories and hope those that book will feel the same too when they visit. The property was built in 2006 and has been furnished to a high standard. Josh & Sukey purchased this Villa in 2018 Why Josh & Sukey chose Ortaca Our peaceful retreat in Dalyan, we love the climate, the scenery and the atmosphere in Dalyan. A lovely 3 bed villa 10 minutes walk from Dalyan town centre. The villa is set in beautifully maintained gardens with its own private shared split-level pool. Ancient rock tombs, mud baths and Turtle beach are nearby. The location of our villa was important, it enables us to easily walk into Dalyan, but not in a area that is crowded, its lovely to escape the car! Our villa is ideal for the children, gardens to run around in, the pool has two levels so the younger children can play and we have a Turkish seating area with piles of cushions for us to lounge in protected from the sun. The gardens have orange and lemon trees and we love visiting every year with.Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Villa Huzur translated in turkish is "Calm, Peace and Serenity" What makes this Villa unique Lots of benefits to this villa because of its vicinity. The villa itself is in an ideal location for privacy, perfect access to the pool, shaded areas for really hot days and chill out areas in the private kosk (turkish seating area). It has a nearby cornershop, bar and restaurant. There is a local hammam (turkish baths) which have sauna and spa (great way to start off your vacation). There is a fantastic market 5mins walk on Saturdays with fresh fruit and vegetables (all organic) and the villa has been equipped for a family feel so it offers everything you would expect in a home.
