3rd year staying at this property and loved it just as much as the previous 2 times. Small issue with the air conditioning working one day when we got back from Disney which meant the villa was very warm but after contact with the owner, this was sorted by the evening.

We had a fabulous time. The villa was exactly like the pictures, with plenty of room so that the family weren’t on top of eachother, and the pool was actually a little bigger than we expected. We didn’t pay to heat the pool, we found it was warm enough without heating and used it daily. There were inflatables to use, which kept everyone entertained. A nice touch was the pool towels provided, we all brought beach towels with us and needn’t have bothered. The location was good. Close to all the Disney parks. The check in was easy and communication with Lennon was great. We also paid extra for a late checkout. Thank you for a fantastic holiday, we will be recommending you to all our friends and family.

2nd stay at this property. Enjoyed it just as much the first time and will be looking to book again.

Had an amazing stay at this villa. It was modern, clean and everything we wanted. It was very close to shops and resturaunts on 192 plus wallmart 5 mins away. Easy to get to Disney too. Great communication from property company too. Would highly.recommend to anyone. Would definitely book again next time back in Orlando.

Had a fabulous stay just perfect for our needs and in a central convenient area for accessing the parks. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a 3 week stay with wife and 2 kids (12 and 6). Villa was perfect. Very spacious, great location on resort (2 mins for clubhouse / pool), check in etc was very easy. Only had one issue while there (door wouldn't lock), which was resolved in minutes. The resort was brilliant, we enjoyed communal pool days just as much as going to parks. Kitchen has everything you need. Would highly recommend this villa and Solara Resort.

The villa was immaculate and well priced. It had everything we needed and was well situated. Nothing was more than a 10/15 minute drive away and this includes Disney. Our only issue was the night before we left. A neighbouring villa were having an incredibly loud argument from about 11pm - 4am but this not the fault of the owner of our villa. Thankfully, it didn’t harm our child’s sleep. We would definitely recommend the villa to other families and we would look to book again if we go back to Orlando.

9 persons staying for 2 weeks including 2 young children. Excellent location, being very close to Disney World parks, and a short distance to Universal parks. House was equipped very well specifically the kitchen. Pool was a good size and with the heating was well used by all for needed downtime between park visits. Emerald Island felt very secure and safe being a gated community with both owners and renters living in close harmony. Suggest removing the carpets in the kitchen area as these were trip hazards and were dirty.

On arrival it was dark and finding the property was a problem, even though we know the area , we felt that it would have been best to direct to sandy ridge main entrance on sandy ridge drive rather than the back route . Arrival was very welcoming once there . After a view of the property the next day we felt it was in very much need of some TLC . All though there was only 2 of us we felt that the family bathroom and the 2nd en-suite needed a better clean . ( long dark hair was on both bathroom floors ) myself and my husband do not have dark long hair . The pool area was not super clean and a beer top was on the deck area . The pool itself was not clean around the water line . We have had our own property in Florida and feel that these little things really would spoil a family’s holiday experience, especially being an expensive trip and often a once in a lifetime experience

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Very clean and had lots of very handy little extras to use when we got there like washing up liquid and hair shampoo . Beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking a golf course . Big tvs in every room and large comfy beds . Great great accommodation . Would definitely recommend . After 25 years of going to Florida and staying in a lot of amazing accommodation this is a 5/5 . Great stay Thankyou .
